Cigarette Smoke

We received a call from a gentleman who had been trying to sell his house for over three months with no offers.  He had already moved to a new town some 45 miles away and was beginning to get desperate to sell his house. 

There was just one small problem.  The house reeked of cigarette smoke. 

You see, his wife is a two pack-a-day smoker.  No amount of carpet cleaning or new paint on the walls covered up the tobacco smoke odor. 

Consequently, every time a potential buyer walked into the house, they were overcome by the smoke smell and promptly left. 

SCOE 10X was high-pressured sprayed on the ceilings, walls and floors.  Not only was the cigarette smoke odor eliminated, the odor never returned. 

And yes, the house sold 10 days later.
