I'm ordering today for the third time. This product works perfectly if you get it to the urine. You can't spray the top of the carpet and expect the product to kill the odor in the padding. If the urine got to the floor, then you must get the SCOE 10X to the floor. I have mixed up a small batch and poured it where the smell is most concentrated. I won't buy anything else.

I bought this in July 2007 as a last resort to getting cat urine out of my husband's favorite leather recliner and several spots on the carpet. We had adopted a new cat that started a marking war with our old cat. After trying Nature's Miracle and Urine Off with limited success, repeated applications and lots of $$ and hard work, the SCOE 10X did the trick. The reviews here were very helpful. I made sure to rinse off the old cleaners first before saturating with the SCOE. This works immediately the first time. I've also used it on my husband's old leather docksiders, sneakers and most recently on a new weighted workout vest that had a terrible petroleum/chemical smell. I would have had to return it but the SCOE 10X worked like a charm even though it had been mixed and sitting for over 2 yrs. This is so much more economical when ordering online since other products aren't concentrated and charge more for shipping by the gallon. I won't waste anymore time or money for anything else!

I don't usually leave feedbacks, but this product deserves one! I have tried several different products to get rid of cat urine smell. But they were short lived and had to spray regulary. I ordered SCOE 10X, it sat on my counter for a few days, because I was skeptical after not getting good results from other sprays. For some reason my cat urinated in my entryway and I couldn't get rid of the smell... how embarrassing. So I mixed the potion up and sprayed the dickens out of the wall. It's been about 2 weeks now and I don't smell that nose wrinkling smell anymore! YIPEE! I would recommend this product to anyone that has hard to remove odors and I would buy again for sure! Thank you for saving my pride and nose!

I just wanted to say I recieved this product today. I mixed according to directions, let it sit, and started spraying.
First in my late father's den. It has old and cracked tile on the floor, and the cats seem to think its OK to potty there. I mopped the floor, let it dry and sprayed the whole floor with the SCOE 10X...All I can say is WOW WOW! NO MORE SMELL!!
Then I went to my son's stinky work boots. Sprayed and poof! No stinky foot odor..again WOW!
Off to do a few carpet spots, also used as a rest room by the cats.
I will be ordering again!

THIS STUFF WORKS!!!!

There just isn't any other way to say it!

My partner and I just recently purchased a 3,000 square foot home in the middle of five acres for an awesome price. Sounds great, huh?? How did we manage to get the house as cheaply as we did? Beautiful home, but it smelled like an amonia armpit!!! The one problem with this great purchase was the fact that the previous owner was a cat BREEDER who lived there for umpteen years and never neutered the male cats. (From what we've heard from the neighbors, you could smell our house from the road!)The house sat vacant for a long time, with many people coming to look at it. No one wanted to purchase it because of the SMELL and the amount of work it was going to take to clean up years of 'cat'. We decided that WE were brave enough (or insane enough) to tackle this. And we did... but only with the help of SCOE 10X. A friend of ours recommended this stuff and I somewhat reluctantly bought a bottle (I had spent a small fortune trying everything else under the sun. The vet suggested that we rip up the floors and tear out the walls... which we did!)
So... The first test run gave us a reduced smell. Then we re-applied. The second run gave us almost NO SMELL. And the third time... Viola! NO SMELL IN THE ROOM THAT HELD THE MALE CATS IN THE BREEDING ROOM!!!! The problem spots in the house that didn't smell as badly as the 'cat room' were treated with just one treatment.
We've had fans blowing out of the windows. We've had sealant put on (and yes, the SCOE 10X worked in spite of that!). We've ripped out dry wall AND the insulation. We've ripped up carpet and scraped up tile. We've stripped and cleaned and ripped off/out everything we could, especially in that one room - down to the studs in the walls (which REEKED!!!)THIS STUFF WORKS, people! The wood studs smell like wood now! (How is that?!?!?!)
We've put a lot of work into our new home, but it wouldn't be a home without the help of SCOE 10X.

My nephew emailed from Iraq requesting help with his and his fellow soldiers' stinky boots. I ordered this product and sent it along with another powdered product from CA. He compared the two and said he would take the powder with him into the field but when based in barracks for a while, much preferred this product which worked for boots AND feet! They can now all sleep without barracks smelling like stinky boots/fee!

In November 2006, I ordered SCOE 10X for my 2 dogs. Toby had the start of Kidney Disease and was urinating all over the house. Frazer would 'follow up' as that is what male dogs do. We had put a 'belly-band' on Toby which helped a lot. We went thru SCOE 10X at the rate of 1 gallon every 2-4 months.

Toby went to his final rest last Wednesday due to acute kidney failure, but at 15, he led a pretty good life. SCOE 10X saved our sanity and allowed Toby several more years of 'quality' life. It is a great product. It saved my house carpets, floors. furniture, bedding etc. from major damage, and in some instances no damage at all.

Bless the developers of SCOE 10X .......I will always have it on hand and tell anyone who will listen what a great product this is. I am redoing all the spots that they would 'go' and find that Frazer has not gone in the house once since Toby 'left'. If you are thinking of getting SCOE 10X, DO IT ... You won't be sorry.

Our family LOVES this product. IT WORKS!!!

A stray, non-neutered tom cat adopted us and we planned to have him fixed before he could take up residence with us. Prior to the surgery, however, the weather turned...it was bitter cold, so I compromised and set him up in our basement bathroom. (He was scheduled to be neutered the following Monday.)

Unfortunately, he didn't use the litter box that evening! He chose to pee around our toilet, saturating the floor around it and into the baseboards.

The entire house REEKED of intact male cat urine and spray. It wafted from the basement, up to our second floor. No part of the house was free of the gastly smell. My husband was furious, the kids were upset, and I was dismayed (and feeling VERY guilty).

Although it was bitter cold outside, we were flinging open the windows! I was desperate to clean up the smell.

We got it under control, but it took a few days for the smell to 'localize' in the bathroom. I was SURE that I would have to replace the flooring.

But...through a desperate internet search, I discoved SCOE10X. Yes. I was skeptical...but hopeful.

I followed the directions...saturated the floor and covered it with plastic garbage bags. I kept it saturated for a few days.

And, WOW. You would NEVER KNOW that an intact male cat did his business all over our floor. Fabulous stuff. It works! (Even in a bathroom where showers are used and hidden odors can surface in the steam.)

I like to say, SCOE 'saved my marriage' )

And, about the offending cat? He's my husband's favorite of our three rescued kitties! Onyx (cat's name) started off of the wrong foot, but thanks to SCOE (and litter box training!) he's a welcome part of our family.

This stuff is great, my dogs got my couch dirty and I tried to clean it and it got to smelling worse, I tried everything I could think of and then my cat decided to start spraying. I thought what do I have to loose so I bought some of the SCOE 10X and it really does work. Next time I'm getting the larger size.

I recently bought a house with softwood floors that had been soaked at one time with dog urine. So OLD urine. I tried the 13 oz. bottle and made a gallon of the product. Soaked the wood, put plastic over it for the night, came in the morning, and voila! no odor. None. I am definitely going to order more! Thank you so much!

Our sweet 1 y/o Beagle/Shepherd, Skip Boot, got skunked in the face & neck 4 days ago. He LOVES to be with us in the house so he was brokenhearted that he could not come inside. It was a truly pitiful sight to see. I immediately went online & read about your product & read the fascinating testimonials. I became convinced right then that if I could just clean off even some of the horrific smell, that Skip Boot could come inside the house & when your product would arrive in 2 days, we could tackle the stinky skunk odor that would be in the house from having let him come in. Well, when the SCOE 10X came, we followed the directions, applied the stuff to Skip & to the blankets & towels that we had used to cover the furniture, & now.. no more skunk smell! We are happy...Skip is happy. As an unexpected added bonus for us, we used the product to re-clean a months old puppy-pee-accident & now the unsightly stain is completely gone. WOW!!! I read a lot of the reviews on this site. I even went and located some of the businesses that used this stuff. They really did use it. I got the starter kit - I wanted to try it and if it didn't work I would only be out 20.00 - not that I haven't spent that before on other items. I have 9 cats, 2 dogs, 2 son's and 1 husband! Talk about messes! SO I got this stuff and IT WORKED! I have a cat that has a problem with urinating (more like leaking) and it gets on the furniture. Then the others cats want to mark it if it isn't caught in time. I used SCOE 10X on my sofa and imagine my suprise when the scent was GONE! I love this stuff. I purchased more and now I can't live without it!!!

Friend of mine wrote on his Facebook wall that a skunk got in the crawl space under his house and stunk the place up..... very bad. I remembered my SCOE10X story from about a year ago. Both dogs got into a skunk one morning and I really didn't know what to do.... I needed to get to work. Called the boss and told him what happened and that I wasn't sure when I would be in. Remembered I had some SCOE10X in the closet, so gave that a whirl. Within minutes the dogs were skunk-stink free, and the mud room carpet where I put them was skunk free. Amazing stuff. Short review: IT WORKS!

Okay, now the long form: I hate wall-to-wall carpet, but I live in an apartment ... *SIGH*. One of my cats who sometimes soiled the carpet in a few spots recently started doing it every day. None of the carpet cleansers removed the smell, and the combined reek of old and new urine and perfume was just awful. I started shutting her in the back of the apartment when I left for work to prevent new spots, and also looked for a real odor-killer.

I found it. This isn't the first special odor-remover I've bought, but it'll be the last, because IT WORKS. It has taken three applications in some of her favorite pee spots (due to the amount of soaked-in, dried pee the SCOE 10X had to 'neutralize', plus probably some interference from cleanser residue), but I am slowly eradicating ALL of it, square foot by square foot (she's been VERY industrious).

What I've learned about cleaning carpet with layers and layers of old cat pee:

(1) THOROUGHLY rinse any areas where cleansers had previously been applied before applying SCOE 10X, as advised in the instructions. There was a lot of residue in the carpet from previous 'cleansers'. I used plain hot water in my little spot cleaner and wet-vac'd it up, as many as six times in some spots. Seriously. Because I'd already tried to clean the carpet so many times. the black light didn't really help me find the stinky parts. So I stuck my nose down into the carpet to find them (go ahead and laugh it is funny) and rinsed till I could hardly smell anything, then applied SCOE 10X. The more I rinsed old stuff out first, the better the SCOE 10X worked. If you have a regular stand-up carpet cleaning machine, this should be easy to do.

(2) Saturate it. Don't be shy! Be sure to buy an adequate amount. Soak the stinky carpet till it squishes. I soaked the rinsed areas, covered them with plastic for an hour (cut-open grocery bags weighted with magazines), then wet-vac'd the solution out. No smell remains but the faint pleasant scent of new vinyl that other people have mentioned. I'm SO glad the stuff is unscented!

BONUS! My little carpet cleaner had picked up a nasty stink from repeatedly sucking up stinky water + pee + cleansers. Running the SCOE 10X through it as I wet-vac it out of the carpet is removing the smell from the machine!

I notice that some people have complained about the price of the stuff. It isn't cheap, but cost it out I bought a half-gallon (I had no idea how much it was going to take to eliminate all the old pee smell from the carpet), and diluted 1:8, it comes to about $4.50 per quart. That isn't much more than the completely ineffective stuff off the shelf at Target or WalMart. My actual cost was a bit more, since for all this old cat pee, I'm using the recommended 1:7 dilution. Still a bargain at the price, because IT WORKS.

So, to recap:

Buy enough.
Rinse out old cleansers thoroughly before applying.
Follow all instructions exactly.

And the smell will be gone!

My favorite slippers had gotten too stinky to wear, and now they're rescued too. :)

This stuff is amazing!! My 14-year-old cat went into kidney failure and had urinated all over my carpeting. I tried two different shampoos and enzyme cleaners. I swear, they made the smell worse. I ordered your product as a last resort... I applied it and almost instantly the odor was GONE! Really gone, not even a faint odor. And the carpet is wet! Usually I have to completely dry out the carpet over days to see if something worked at all. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a wonderful product!!

Scoe 10x saved me from having to replace my carpet. I have a jealous male cat that has been peeing on the carpet since a second cat was introduced to my home. WOW - this stuff is unbelievable!! I tried store bought urine eliminators and they took away the smell for a little while, but I was getting to the point that my living room was smelling like a kitty urinal. I was too embarrassed to invite company in and I couldn't even stand being in there any longer. This is such amazing stuff! I used an ultraviolet light to find all the urine places and after spraying them with Scoe 10x, I looked for the spots the next day and they are undetectable. Many thanks!!!

I walked into the house two weeks ago and it reeked of cat urine. The smell was coming from the basement where the two litter boxes are located (we have two cats). The smell was so bad that it was being sucked up through the vents and could even be smelled in the second story bedrooms.

Although it was obvious the smell was coming from the basement, it just seemed to be everywhere. I ordered the black light and a 32 oz bottle of your product. I searched the entire basement armed with a garden sprayer and the blacklight and sprayed everything that looked even remotely suspect.

The smell was still there and I started to think that your product wasn't all it was advertised to be.

As a last resort, before calling in some kind of professional cleaning service, I sent my sister to the basement to see if she could find where the smell was coming from. After coming up twice for fresh air, she was able to pinpoint that the smell was coming from the farthest corner of the basement, behind the water heater. It was in a spot that I didn't even consider looking with the black light. Apparently, Mr. Trooper Souder had been backing himself in there going on the unfinished cement for the past two and a half weeks.

I flooded the whole area under the water heater with your product and let it set for 20 minutes, wiped it up and the smell was completely GONE!

You have a great product! If your customers can't find the problem area with your blacklight, I'll rent my sister out to them:)

I have two Aisian leopard cats (Bengals) and a domestic cat. The Bengals destroyed an antique piece by spraying repeatedly on it. I wanted the black light to see what else they were spraying. Thought, might as well buy your product, although I didn't think ANY product would work. I've tried everything. The large light was terrific, especially with the long cord. I found other target areas, especially in my kitchen where the cats were staking their food territory. How gross! I used SCOE 10X last night on all the areas I found and my kitchen is pristine, as are all the other areas. I did have to use two applications on a bathroom where the cats were spraying the toilet. Who knew that stuff was there? I clean with bleach every week, and the black light showed disgusting urine. All gone! SCOE 10X is a 'must have' product if you own pets. I will black light scan monthly and keep a good supply of SCOE 10X on hand!

I tried numerous store-bought cat urine remedies, some homemade concoctions, and professional carpet cleaning 'guaranteed' to take care of cat urine odor - and none worked. Only two products came close - and SCOE10X is the best. We had $4000 of carpeting put in our basement last year, and new kittens joined the family (which already included two dogs) a few months ago. Apparently, the 'litter trained' kittens thought that it would be okay to pee in the center of the basement... and no product (including all of the brands you'll find at the pet store, vets office, etc.) would work. Our last bet before tearing up the carpet was SCOE10X, and I figured it was a remote possibility that it would work. But, hey, why not invest a bit before ripping up a few thousand dollars of carpet? Already it is about 90% effective, and we have more applications to go. My only gripe is the quantity - I want gallons of this stuff. Though compare the cost of a few orders of this to replacing the carpet, and it could be 5 times as expensive and still worth it.

I was very skeptical ordering this product. I thought, what the heck. I have tried everything else and nothing works. The other products just mask the odor, temporarily. I put SCOE 10X down and left it overnight. The next morning I went into my garage, and to my disbelief, I was able to go into the garage without covering my nose. The odor has been so bad I could not even leave the garage door open.

This is an amazing product. I can now leave the garage door open and to top it off, I can go into the garage without covering my nose. Thank you so much for giving me my garage back.

I originally bought SCOE 10X for odor elimination. It does what they say and more! I got the starter kit, used it and my house was odor free. I have raised 3 dogs (indoors) and have white carpet. I found out by accident that this product is also the BEST stain remover available. I bought the 64-oz. size next and mixed it up in a garden sprayer. I sprayed my carpets and then went over them with a carpet cleaner. Even tough, old, dark spots are entirely gone! I tried many other stain removers, but the spots always came back not so with SCOE 10X. My carpets no longer need replaced and my house smells...well it doesn't smell at all! Thanks for the great product. I'll never use anything else!

My husband and I have hide prep and tannery businesses. We used this on a skunk which had been in a plastic bag in the sun for hours and really smelled bad. For as bad as this skunk smelled before it went into the solution, it had only the very slightest of smell when it was done with the tanning process. You had to get right up on the hide to even smell the faint odor which remained. We used it on another skunk also, which did not smell as bad in the first place, and it completely took the smell out. I am getting more for a badger we got in, which had been eating skunks and smelled like one, and I am looking forward to returning it to it's owner with no smell. Thank you for making this product which works wonderfully to get out the nasty odor of a skunk.

Fantastic stuff!!!!! Had a friend live with me for a few months with three untrained dogs. My living room carpet was ruined. Tried other stuff which didn't work. This stuff really does. After I got the product I called and spoke with a real human being to ask advice on cleaning a whole room. She was very helpful. I put it on at night before I went to bed and rented a rug doctor the next day at noon. With one swipe of the rug doctor, with hot water used, the stains and odor were gone! OMG This stuff is GREAT we have tried a lot of products from pet stores and all they did was cover up the smell.I used SCOE 10X followed the directions and pored it on my carpet (Wetter the better) 30 min later 90% better.The reason not 100% better ran out just bought some to try now I will by more to do the spots I still have.Thanks for my house smelling good again. Now I will let my wife keep her cats LOL.

I had researched this product a couple of months ago when I was looking to get my neighbor's cigarette smell out of my car. I kept procrastinating buying it, however, until two days ago after my dog got sprayed by a skunk. Not having it on hand to try immediately, I did the usual combo of Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda and Soap and got most of it off her body. But, as anyone who has had a dog get skunked knows, the real offensive smell is on the face of the dog. So, for the last two days while waiting for my order I would put my shirt over my nose every time my dog came near me.

As I mentioned, my order arrived in two days. I sat with my dog tonight for a half-hour using a washcloth and just repeatedly adding solution to her face, ears, and nose. I was careful to get as close to her eyes as I could because of course she was sprayed in the eyes as well.

The first few minutes were bad because as soon as her hair got wet, the smell increased tenfold. I kept at it though, as as the minutes passed I noticed that the smell was diminishing. Thinking I might be imagining it, I kept on.

But I wasn't imagining it! I washed out her ears which had previously been putrid. I even used the washcloth right up into her nostrils. The only place that still has a slight odor are her eyes and that will just have to wear off. I got my nose right onto her face and smelled everywhere and there is nothing except the smell of wet dog. What a relief!

Tomorrow, I'll take her outside and give her a whole body bath in the solution just to make sure I get every spot. Then I have to spray down all her sleeping spots in the house. I can't wait to use this on old cat stains and I know I'll finally have a clean smelling car as well.

What a great product. I was dreading the three months it took for the smell to wear off the last time she got sprayed! (Stupid dog never learns.) Thank you so much!!

My Jaguar, one raw chicken in my trunk x 4 days in 100+ heat. It was Seinfeld's Smelly Car episode all over. I used baking soda and vinegar at least 10 times. It helped but didn't totally eliminate the odor which multiplied again in the heat. And then I tried this product after happening upon this website and read all the reviews.

THIS STUFF WORKS!!!! I am ecstatic. Within minutes the smell was gone but I left it on for 30 minutes, not taking any chances. Thank You!

I have never written a review before, but I just have to for this. We have 2 dogs and a cat. One of our dogs is elderly and incontinent, and this stuff really helps us keep the pee smell out of the house. What makes this beyond awesome is that my sons use one of our bathrooms, and as we know, most men have difficulty aiming at the toilet bowl. Well, the floor is tiled and the grout had severely discolored around the toilet and no amount of cleaning and scrubbing even touched it. The urine had dried and would not clean up. Since we rent I thought we might have to regrout the bathroom when we move. Well, I sprayed the product around the toilet and let it sit, then I scrubbed it. It has taken a few applications but the grout is almost white again! Awesome! I believe I'll need to always keep this stuff around.

Like most I was a skeptic on the fact that cat urine smell is hard to get rid of and then the idea of it soaked into a leather couch, (leather being a skin with pores that obsorbs)the stitching and down in the deep folds between the cusions. I also was cocerned about the leather couch discoloring from applying Scoe 10x. I am a very opionated type of person and will tell you how it is with out any problem. I was totally blown away when I put my nose real close to one of the folds that was hit the worst by the cats and smelled nothing. I saturated that couch from the underside and front and the leather was not affected either. I can't say enough in this review about how awsome Scoe 10x really is. I can say and sware by it that its THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT WORKS!!!

My SCOE arrived about 1 1/2 hours ago and I am blown away!!! I had read bad reviews on other sites, but bought it anyway. My husband was reluctant because we recently spent over $100 to have the carpets professionally cleaned and the dog pee smell was back that night. I wanted to scream.
My husband said our house smelled like a cheap hotel and was embarrased to have family or friends over. I was desperate.
I made up the batch according to the directions and saturated the carpet. I kept it on more than the recommended 20 minutes, but could tell it was working within the first 5 minutes!!!
I read on your site that SCOE 10x can be used more than once, so I had to prove it to myself. After sucking up the SCOE on the dog pee, I treated a pair of my child's shorts. He has a very embarrasing medical condition in which he has accidents frequently. I applied a little of the ALREADY USED batch and the smell was gone within minutes!!

My 2 dogs have pretty much destroyed my carpet with their potty antics I have tried all the chemical urine removal, and enzyme neutralizers with the only result being that the remaining smell was almost worse than the urine smell. So then I thought of going completely green and just water and soap, and vinegar and lemon juice solutions and yet there was still just this underlying odor - and the more I scrubbed the closer I was getting to really ruining my carpet. So back to the internet found your product, read the reviews and figured hell I have tried everything else why not one more. OMG all I can say is THANK YOU for creating this solution. Not only is the urine smell flat out gone but while he solution is wet the smell of the product is kind of nice, and when it is all dried poof, no smell. AMAZING. AND because I am finally and really getting rid of the urine smells, my dogs are getting that they are not suppose go in the house. So I just might not end up crazy after all is said and done.

This product is absolutely amazing! We have two older cats who weren't as thrilled with the arrival of our new puppy as we were. They took to peeing on things around the house to show their resentment. Recently we discovered that one or both of the cats started peeing on our $2000 couch. I tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out, from vinegar, to baking soda, to commercial products found in the pet store. Nothing got the smell out, it only masked it...and not very well, because the cats continued to pee on the couch. As a last resort I decided to try this product...I was trying to avoid having to throw out the couch. I purchased the Starter Kit and the Injector bottle to get deep into the couch cushion. I am blown away at how well this product worked!!!! After only one application 99% of the smell is gone on most of the couch, there is one area that still smells a little so I reapplied the product and can already smell the difference. I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, I just had to. With several animals in our home, it has always been a challenge to catch and stay ahead if the 'accidents' that are bound to occur. We have a spare bedroom that one of our dogs started using as a giant puppy pad. I tried lots of products and spent alot of money trying to get rid of the smell. I purchased a great couch, chair and ottoman from craigslist. When I went to pick it up I noticed a strong dog urine smell in the sellers house but thought it must be permeating from the carpet...no such luck. Got home and could barely deal with sitting on this comfy couch. I found Scoe10X online, read the testimonials and was sold. I have just de-stinked all three pieces and am very pleased with the results. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that I barely had enough. I purchased the bottle that makes 2.5 gallons, but I had to dilute 8 to 1 because I was dealing with a urine smell. I have about 6 oz. remaining. My suggestion is to buy more than you think you will need. But DO buy it. It rocks!

In spite of showering every day and wearing extra strength deodorant, I still suffered from embarrassing perspiration odor on my clothes. I love this stuff!
I have 5 cats that I am attempting to toilet train, and one is not happy. She started peeing on my brand new carpet. UGH!
So I was looking online for a solution to my cat urine issues, and I found your product and that other one from Pro Klean. I decided to do some independent testing and I bought a starter package from both of you.
I found that your product is by far the best. Not only does it give you more bang for your buck, but it WORKS!
The Pro Klean couldn't even take the stain out of my curtains. And I got way less product for the same price!
SCOE 10X completely removed the urine smell from my new carpet. My carpet smells brand new again! Next I'm going to work on the old stains in one of my bedrooms that doesn't have new carpet. I'll let you know how that one goes.

My husband & I purchased our first home. It had been foreclosed & vacant for over a year. It turns out that the previous owners had a small heard of Chiwawas that were allowed to use the house as their own personal bathroom!

As we entered the house, we were instantly hit by the smell of urine & feces, mostly coming from the basement. We covered our noses We knew we would be replacing all of the flooring along with nearly everything else so, we were not concerned & decided the house had a ton of potential.

Even though we removed all of the old flooring in every room, bleached, & primed the floors before the new flooring was installed. Where there was carpet installed, the smell came back.

We tried Nature's Miracle, Nature's Miracle- Orange Oxy (by the way both of these claim a 100% money back guarantee- NOT TRUE!), Bleach (our carpet is bleach safe), vinegar, & one other pet store brand of cleaner that was as well 'guaranteed to remove the smell' I can not for the life of me remember the name of.

We were concerned that there would be no way of removing the smell & very upset by it. That was until we discovered SCOE 10X. We received it quickly, followed directions very carefully, & it was a miracle.... the smell was completely gone!!!!!! We have used it mostly in the basement but, also in every other room where there is carpet just to make sure there is nothing residual. While two feline guests were staying with us, one or both sprayed and/or urinated on the carpet in our spare bedroom. After applying an odor-removing product and repeatedly shampooing the area, the odor was still so bad that we rolled up a beach towel and stuffed it along the bottom of the door to try to keep the odor from getting out into the rest of the house. I thought we would have to replace the carpet and pad in that area. As a last resort, I looked online and found your site. Although SCOE 10X seemed to be expensive, it would have been more expensive to have the carpet replaced. I bought plenty of it, followed the directions, exactly, and also invested in the bottle and needle so I could get down to the pad. Within 20 minutes after throughly saturating the area, the odor was gone. I especially like the fact that there is no perfumey smell, just the neutral smell of NO cat urine! Much to my relief, our three cats have shown no interest in that area at all. I have sent your web site address to several other people.

I have a 9-month old yorkie and it was hell trying to get him potty trained. It was my fault though because I hate getting up early to take him out. For some reason, the carpet in my newborn son's nursery recently started smelling very strongly of cat urine. Now that the weather is warmer, I think that must have 'activated' an old urine stain from one of my two crafty cats. I bought the most beautiful victorian couch and chair off of ebay, but had to have it shipped from KY to Ohio.. it was everything I wanted.. EVERYTHING.. Perfect color, washable velevet.. everything..HOWEVER, the seller didnt tell me the couch and chair, esp, was fill with years of human urine... My first clue was when the brand new couch cushions were wrapped in plastic... I tried everything, I finally tore the chair apart, with gloves on, and got rid of anything and everything, stuffing, on down... Next, in my venom, actually took the chair OUTSIDE and HOSED it down, and soaked it for 45 minutes.. washing it with Cheer, and non chlorine bleach.. That was better, but still you could still smell the pee smell, not just a wiff either.... Normally, I would have thrown it out, and called it a day, but this is JUST what I wanted, the style, the color, ALL.. I finally found SCOE 10X, and bought a small bottle.. It came, UPS just last Thurs.. I used it, and 85 percent of the pee smell is gone, from this foul chair.. This stuf is AMAZING..I ordered a much larger bottle the next day, just last FRI, the day after I got the small one.. And I will keep on using and letting dry, until this chair can be saved...No one will know about my chair except, me, and you reading this, of course!!.. You have no idea how bad this chair was!!! I almost hesitate leaving my real name, but I am...ALSO..My cat, has a PEE corner also.. While doing the chair, I spray that corner too, and NO SMELL THERE now either.. Trust me...normally I don't write reviews but this has got to be the best stuff your hard earned money can buy if you have pet odor in your carpet. Nothing else I have tried has removed the odor from dog urine...even old, old spots...totally!
Out of curiosity, I poured some on a mildewed rag and it did the same thing! The odor was gone completely.
I have read negative reviews on other forums and I was somewhat skeptical at first but I bought a bottle. What did I have to lose? I have already spent hundreds of dollars on stuff that hasn't done the job. I followed the directions to the letter. I am impressed!

I bought this a few months ago, and I am very happy with it. I bought the starter kit to make sure it worked before spending alot & being disappointed like I have with previous products (such as ''urine gone' and 'out'). I just read a negative report from someone who bought this a had no luck and I was shocked. I have to tell you, I have a small stray dog who obviously was never housebroken who peed numorous times on my wood floor and one of my carpets. I had tried different products including rug shampooers and nothing worked. So, I bought this (in a small size) just to try, and it worked amazingly.I have even used it once the mixture had sat in my cabinet for a few weeks, and it still worked. It even lifted the stains (old & new), which it doesn't even claim to do! So, if the product doesn't work for you, you are obviously not doing something correctly. Remember, after you spray or soak your floor, you need to let it sit a while before rinsing it up!!! I could see it start to work on the stains almost immediately after I sprayed them. So, again, great product. I actually just ran out and am purchasing more, so that you should speak for itself!!!

When my son first told me about scoe10x I had my doubts. But when my cat decided it was safer to stay in my husband's shed rather than to face the neighborhood dogs I thought I would give it a try. I could not believe how well it worked! It is trully amazing!!!

I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey dealer demo with 1400 miles. When I got home I realized it had a foul odor that was a mixture of cigar smoke and Body Odor in the car. I have (7) indoor cats and you can imagine the work to keep up with all of their 'accidents' and shenanigans! I have 6 cats that own me and I was having a terrible time litter training some kittens. I finally succeeded but not until after they had thoroughly used one particular area of my carpet. I'll admit I'm a sucker for any product that claims to remove pet urine and I have the empty wallet to prove it! My Golden Retriever was sick with cancer and was urinating all over my family room carpet. I tried everything in the stores and nothing really ever worked as the smell would eventually come back. I was just about to have my entire family room carpet replaced to the tune of $3k when I thought I'd search the internet to see if there was really anything out there that actually worked. I ordered the starter kit at first, being a skeptic after 30 years of owning 'bad' dogs and trying absolutely everything available. I am now back ordering the giant size SCOE 10X. It is a must for any animal owner! I was shocked at the result. I have 2 shelties, 2 cats and a springer spaniel (who is far too humble to ever soil the carpets). Our female cat lives in my son's room and has decided to mark his territory (that being my son's bed). I used SCOE 10X on his carpet border and baseboard, following the directions. The result was miraculous. The carpet was soft and no more odor. The shelties disappear into the basement now and then and have wreaked havoc on the baseboard and carpet. My Great Pyrenees, Mollie, got sprayed at close range by a skunk recently. There was snow on the ground, with temperatures in the low teens. I Googled the internet for ideas on how to remove the scent, and was quickly drawn to your site. I got the product in 2 days, exactly as promised. Mollie refuses to come inside the house, and With the cold weather not permitting me to use the product exactly as directed (saturating & rinsing), I sprayed her well in sections, massaged the product in and brushed the soaked section, working it in for about 20 minutes in each section. I could not saturate her with rinse water due to the cold temperatures, but removed as much of the product as possible, then dryed her well with towels. It was a time consuming process, but when completed, only a faint scent of the skunk spray remained in one area of her fur around her face. I did not want to use the product too close to her face since I could not rinse well enough, so I'm certain this was the reason the remaining odor. I thoroughly believe that, if it had been summer and we could have saturated her thoroughly with the SCOE 10x and then rinsed her thorougly, she would not have had a trace of the odor remaining. With all the years of tomato juice being the only suggestion for the removal of skunk spray from pets - which I have tried in the past, with much less than satisfactory results - this product is a Godsend. We've been having a problem for almost a year with one (not sure which one) of our cats wetting on the dog's beds. Doesn't matter where they are. They wet the one in my office (and it soaked through to the carpet), the one in his crate and the one on our bed (and, yes, it soaked through to the mattress). Then we found cat urine on the sofa (a sleeper), blankets and pillows (used on the sofa). Finally, my office chair. We now know that he has a medical condition causing this. I had been able to get it out of most things, but it was a struggle. Then my husband went on a duck hunt. There was a skunk in the crawl space and they startled it. It sprayed and the odor engulfed the whole house and everything in it. When he got home, everything stunk. We had it all sitting outside to air out. But he was terrified that all his gear was ruined. That's when I got online and started searching and found this site. I read all the reviews and decided that with all the stuff I'd tried over the last year with the cats and now this, it couldn't hurt. So I ordered the starter kit. I mixed it being careful to follow the directions exactly. Last night we tried it on his leather camo belt. After 20 minutes, we still smelled skunk a little. We sprayed it again and he sprayed his boots. We got busy and forgot. This morning they both smelled fine!! Then I came into my office and the cat had struck again on the dog bed. I blotted up the excess on the carpet and poured the SCOE 10X on the carpet covering the stain. After about 20 minutes, I put my nose to it. I smelled a tiny bit so I covered it again. Another 20 minutes or so and it was gone completely. I decided to write this when I came on the site to order some more. I have four small dogs.There was an issue with one of the dogs marking the wood trim in our hallway. I have tried many other products to get rid of the smell. Two years ago I moved into my elderly dad's old house. For about four years he had been missing the toilet and doing a terrible job of cleaning up after himself. When I moved in I replaced the vinyl flooring assuming that would do the trick.

Ugh. Every day I cleaned around the toilet with disinfectants, bleaching agents, smelly stuff, anything I could get my hands on. The urine smell would go away for a few hours, but kept creeping back. Fearing I would have to tear up the bathroom and replace the toilet and everything including the sub-flooring, I decided to first do an on-line search in hopes for a miracle product. TA-DA!

Yesterday I sprayed a heavy dose of SCOE-10X all around the base of the toilet and left if for a couple of hours to soak in. I added more every half hour. I then wiped up the excess and the odor is gone, gone, gone. What I especially love is that it has not been masked by any perfumey or piney smells there is nothing there! It has been twenty-four hours and so far, so good. It took about 1/3 of the smallest bottle so I have lots of extra for when my husband misses the mark.

Now I have to convince the owner of my dad's nursing home that this stuff really is a miracle. Amazing!

For years we have had various pets, mostly dogs, and unfortunatly they have accidents. I have tried everything sold in stores and all kinds of home remedies with no success. This product is amazing! I was skeptical prior to using this product. My sick cat had urinated in her carrier on the way to the vet and it had leaked through onto my car seat. For about a month we fostered a rabbit who unfortunately tended to hang his backside over the edge of the litterbox. Once Bunny was gone, our cats decided hey, that's the corner of the vinyl tile floor to pee on. I scrubbed, stripped the floor wax, even used a syringe to inject bleach in the seams, but back the smell came like the pink ink in Cat In The Hat. SCOE10x works! Not just sort of - but 'get down on your knees and sniff the floor' works. I poured on about a cup (diluted) of SCOE10x and covered the area with a kitchen towel soaked with the solution, and it absolutely eliminated the odor. Amazing, and cheap at twice the price.

This is an incredible product. Have used urine off, pet odor removing products, baking soda and peroxide, etc. Nothing got rid of the smell of dog urine on my vinyl tile. Dog is 13 yrs. old and has accidents, even with wee wee pads down - sometimes it goes under the pad. Have a puppy that is marking his territory and the smell just stayed after all the cleaning and deodorizing and disinfecting. Tried the scoe 10x and you can't smell anything anymore. We soak the floor and let it sit so that it soaks through onto the wood beneath the tile. This stuff really works. Expensive but well worth every cent.
Will keep buying as long as I own pets.

I sent an 8' X 11' thick plush area rug to Georgia for BioFog to submerge for removal of odor from dried dog urine.

I am not proud, but I was told my rug set a new record! My rug was in the solution for 8 days!!! This was the longest any rug had ever been in their tank. (We had rescued a dog who was not trained and not very trainable!) So after we found a new home for the dog, I began looking for a solution to the odor problem. I searched on line, and found this site.

I read most of the reviews, and thought this had to be the answer. I called about how could I manage to do a rug this size? I learned that I could roll up my rug and send it by UPS to Georgia and they would submerge it to get it odor free. Of course all of this cost dollars, but not nearly as much as a new rug would have been. Definitely a happy ending to a bad situation!

Now let me relate about my use of SCOE-10X at home. I have a very thin carpet over vinyl linoleum. Unfortunately, it has been soiled with doggie urine also. I could have just thrown it away, but decided to try SCOE-10X on it.

The area I needed to treat was about 2' x 4'. I sprayed the SCOE-10X, or dribbled, etc. until I thought it was soaked through the thin backing of the carpet. I then covered the area with a piece of plastic and laid old magazines over the entire surface. I felt the magazines would keep air from getting to the rug, thus drying it out. Because I knew it was important to keep it moist for a period of time for maybe a week, once a day I would remove the plastic and lightly spray the area just so it stayed moist,then put the plastic and magazines back in place. I am not sure of the length of time for this whole process,drying, etc. but the bottom line is that it worked. I can put my nose on the carpet and it smells good!

Just thought I would pass along the amazing success that I have had with SCOE 10X.

I live in a very rural area and over a short period of time have accumulated 12 dogs, three pygmy goats and three cats.

All twelve dogs come inside at day and night into a large room that has carpet. For a variety of reasons I can no longer let all the dogs outside at the same time. The primary reason for this is that there is the potential for fights as the majority of the dogs have been rescued with their own personalities good and bad.

I believe I have tried every known alleged odor eliminator on the market and none of them ever did the job. I even got a gallon of professional 'Odor Killer’ from a vacuum store that also sold other various cleaners etc. Thinking back, I may not have followed the instructions especially with regards to allowing it to soak in and then wait. But I do remember mixing it with water and waiting before applying it.

They had told me to mix it with water and then mix it in with the steam cleaner, I suspect now that was an error as it never worked. IT WAS NOT SCOE 10X.

After receiving my first order of SCOE 10X I read and followed the instructions exactly with respect to the mixing ratio and wait time.

I then sniffed out the carpet for urine odor and using pennies I marked each spot. Later I found that if I dribble Hydrogen Peroxide onto suspected areas the bubbles would give me a more accurate idea of how large the urine area was.

Before applying the SCOE 10X I soak up the urine area with a SHAM-WOW, which is a super absorbent type material that really does work well. I then apply the SCOE-10X onto the area and within SECONDS the odor is gone!! Had I known that this product work as well as it did, I would have order a much larger amount for my initial order.

Hands down SCOE-10X works great!! It totally eliminates any trace of the urine when applied/ poured onto the affected urine area in the carpet. Although the odor was gone in seconds after I applied it, (Nose Test) I did let it sit for an hour just to be sure and then use my Rug Doctor to suck up any remaining liquid from the carpet.

I know it works on dog and goat urine, although I don't have a cat urine problem (Yet) I suspect it will do the same great job as with the other animals.

In conclusion, I have a black light which does a marginal job of detecting the urine spots. The hydrogen dribble technique works pretty well as long as you have a bottle or two around to use. The bottom line is that the (Nose Test) is about the best, but I find that after enough hands and knees sniffing that my nose gets desensitized. My goal is to find and treat the entire affected area the first time around.

Although any good absorbent cloth would work to soak things up, I find that the SHAM-WOW product really does work despite some web sites that claim it doesn't. Be sure you have the real product and not a counterfeit.

And finally, anyone who has carpet really owes it to their self to invest in a Rug Doctor, Great product!!, great support. Forget Rug Doctor's odor eliminator product and use SCOE-10X.

My 19 yr. old daughter went to fill up a plastic gasoline container. She brought it back on the back seat of my 1996 Ford Taurus. Of course it leaked out and onto the back of the seat and all over. The smell was very strong. Leaving the windows open didn't help and trying various odor removers didn't help either. Surfing the internet I found your product offer and bought it.

my wife has an 83 caddie coupe de elegance w/108,000 actual mi. My grandson left 3pkgs chicken breast in car. It was 3 days before we discovered it. I have tried at least 15 products. NOTHING WORKED. Just wanted to let you know that your SCOE 10X worked beautifully on some clothing that was found in the bottom of a closet with cat urine on it. It had been there for some time. We washed and dried the clothes many times but the smell still remained. Then I got your SCOE 10X and soaked all the pieces with it. I let them soak overnight. Hey folks!!! This stuff really works!!! I was very skeptical, but desperate, and decided to give it a try. We moved in to a home that used the furnace room as their litter box room. The smell was so undeniably horrible, that I would gag every time I had to go in there. I knew this had to be gone or I could not live here. The room was spotlessly clean, but still smelled so bad of urine. I ordered the Scoe 10x, and treated it once. Better, but not all gone. A second time, even better, but could still get some wiffs. So the 3rd time I saturated everything, and then continued to cover the concrete flooring with plastic. I left it for two days, and came back. No smell, it is absolutely wonderful. I used much more product than what I anticipated, but I believe if I would have laid down plastic the first time, it would have worked then. Also, wetter is better. SATURATE EVERYTHING, and the plastic keeps it from drying!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!

I have an older cat who had a bladder infection. I didn't realize cats can associate their pain with the cat box. This causing them to stop using it. Older cats have very strong urine. Finding a product to remove this smell is next to impossible. I was referred to this website by a friend and thought, ya here we go again, another waste of money. I have tried so many products of which none of them worked, this is NO LIE. Not sure why I ordered this product BUT sure am glad I did. It DOES a GREAT job. I have to be honest, you may need to treat the area 2-3 times before the urine smell is gone. I just placed my 2nd order as I use it to clean around the cat box and on the cat box. I'd recommend this product to anyone. It really does work great.

I don't usually believe the gushing praises of online reviews. I usually wonder if a friend of the company wrote in.

HOWEVER.

This product delivers on its promise to eliminate odors. After 20+ years with dogs, my nose is sensitive to the smell of urine. My beloved pet had an accident in my apartment. I was worried about losing my pet deposit, and was scouring the 'net to find a product that would live up to its promise. The skunk test was what made me buy this stuff. OH! And the fact that you can apply it directly ON THE ANIMAL!

I followed the directions. Waited. I ended up sticking my nose in the carpet pile because I couldn't believe the smell was gone. THANK YOU FOR NOT LEAVING A PERFUM-Y PRODUCT SMELL BEHIND!

Here's why I couldn't rate this a '5': during my move-out walkthrough, the maintenance person used a tool to determine if there was urine in the carpet, and the 'accident' spot tested positive. Since I did not buy the blacklight (thought I had one from my crafting days), I don't know if I did indeed get all of it or if the test was looking for acid in the padding and the product does not neutralize the acidity of urine.

I have a old male cat that has been spraying urine for over 15 years. There is one spot on an antique wool oriental rug that he keeps going to. I used other urine cleaners that worked somewhat. You've done the same thing and got the same results -the smell of urine covered up with perfume is always there. My problem got so bad, you could smell it in the hallway leading to the room. I desperatly wanted this product to work. I ordered the starter kit and used 10 quarts of water to rinse the old product out. When the SCOE arrived, I called the customer service number to review the instructions. I was told for the size (about 1 1/2 feet square) I would need more product. I was also told to dump in right on, not spray. The goal is to soak the rug for as long as possible until the smell is gone. I dumped the full 32 oz on the spot and almost immediately, the smell in the hall went away. Could this actually work? After a day, the smell was still there, but I needed to kneel on the rug about 4-5 inches away to smell it. Also the product has a chemical smell - no perfume - but the chemical smell goes away over a short time. I ordered again and treated the area about 4 days after the initial treatment. I put another 32 oz on the spot and the next day you had to put your nose on the rug to smell it. I also started running a dehumidifier because the wooden flooring underneath was getting discolored from being so wet (Ooops, protect the area underneath if possible). It took a week for the area to dry with the humidifier almost on top it the wet area. I rinsed the rug with water and extracted a bit of the SCOE. The smell is mostly gone!! With my nose deep into the pile, in one small spot(about the size of a quarter) I smell something - could be left over product. The decade plus old cat smell is gone! This antique rug has not been harmed. You can't feel the difference in the treated area and the untreated. I know I could use it again and the smell would be totally gone but considering the smell is significantly lessening over time, I am probably going to leave it alone. (The cat is no longer allowed in the area). Truly, I tried them all - this is the only one that WORKS!! How many times have you heard that? I am a real person who is taking the time to write this because I know what it is like to lose sleep over a cat urine smell. Really, buy it, but get the larger size. I am so happy.

I want to let you know that I was a bit skeptical after using baking soda and white vinegar solutions to ELIMINATE the disgusting cat smell in the basement (in the concrete) I used a dehumidifier and a fan, along with a 'odor absorbing gel'.

-nothing worked!!!!! -

I got my SCOE 10x in the mail and mixed the proportions as directed with luke warm water. I brought my black light with me into the basement and sprayed everywhere that it light up. I am not joking when I say that the smell was gone IMMEDIATELY.

ALSO, after I checked with the black light again -to make sure the spots were GONE, then nothing showed up!!!

This product is AMAZING. I have a house that does not smell like cat mess. Your product is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, I have told this story at least 20 times and I got my SCOE 10x 2 1/2 days ago.

I am back to buy some more. This stuff really works. I have two dogs and a cat that keep playing with skunks. They just never seem to learn. SCOE 10X really works. I just wet a towel with SCOE and rub the fur where the dog or cat got sprayed. No more stinky dogs or cats. I also use it to clean baby chick/duck cages. Wet chicken feed really smells bad. SCOE gets rid of the stink. Thanks for a great product.

Produce appears to work but in my case not with quantity indicated. I had some very old stains which means considerable volume of urine had dried. Applying SCOE 10x to - in fact soaking - the stain produced a larger area of smelling urine than the original area. It took 3x more applications - two more simply spreading the stain and smell more - before the odor was eliminated.

So, the product works but anticipate using a great deal more than just one application for old stains.

I received your product 2 days after I placed my order! My couch & rug were ruined by my dog I'm was about to kill. I used everything available at the pet store & then ordered a hi-tech product over the net. I had a national rug cleaner to come & redo the areas. This actually made it worse. I could now smell the the urine 2 rooms away. I mixed a batch & sprayed and had to remix another batch. When I came back 20 minutes later, I put my nose on the 'special corner' and there was no smell!SCOEX10 did not leave any residual odor after it worked which was very important to me. I have never written a testimonial before but this is the right stuff! I'm ordering more today in case of any more deliberate accidents.

I'm just writing to tell you I have just placed another order for SCOE-10X. I bought it about a year ago to remove the odor of cat urine, and I was so pleased at how well it worked. I have also used it on my yellow lab, who thinks skunks are great animals to play with!
I ran out about 3 months ago, and at that same moment, my 2 cats decided to urinate in an area outside of the litter box. After a few trips to the vet, we determined there was nothing wrong with the cats and they were mad because I changed their litter. I have since gone back to the original litter, but they continue to pee in an undesignated area. In an effort to rid my home of the smell, I quickly bought another product an enzymatic odor remover 'specifically designed to remove cat urine'. It worked great - the first day. Clearly my cats could smell the scent of their urine, and returned to the same spot. Now all I can smell is cat urine and the obnoxious floral smell the other cleaner left behind. If I had just re-ordered your product, I wouldn't have such a huge mess to clean up. Now I not only have to remove cat urine, but also another cleaner! Next time I will be more proactive and reorder before I run out!

I sprayed this stuff on a 3 year old piano oil stain and the stain disappeared before my eyes!!It worked pretty well on a pet vomit stain but will require a second treatment....It was a huge spot from a 75 lb dog (I probably did not use enough the first time) but it still did better on the first try than any other stain remover I used! We have a three year old son, 2 dogs and 2 cats, so I will be buying more!

After reading all the testimonials I realized they were mostly about animal urine but I work as a custodian in a school and my testimonial involves an animal of a different kind!
If you've ever gone into any public Mens restroom you will have undoubtably had to close your nose because the smell of urine was so bad. Well, take that times a gazillion when it comes to school bathrooms! I tried every product on the commercial market including those which claim to eliminate urine and trust me at best all they do is mask the oder. Then I stumbled upon SCOE 10X and my life changed forever! It wasn't an overnight cure in fact, it took three weeks of nightly saturating around the urinals and toilets to eliminate the urine smell but there is no telling how many years of build up there was to get rid of. So I'm not mad it took so long. The key is that IT DID WORK and now I have the only clean smelling bathrooms in the entire school system!
I wish I could get the entire school system to use SCOE 10X, but I couldn't even get the rest of my school to use it, unless I purchased it that is. Oh well, it's their loss.
About the surprise, check this out: I work the late shift at my school and it was during the winter months so I felt no need to wear any deodorant, but this night in particular there was a PTA meeting and then all the classes did something special for all the PTA so I had to move 350 chairs right in the middle of all PTA. By the time I had to move all those chairs I was pretty rank from my nightly duties and I was freaked out about smelling so bad so I decided to treat my underarms and the armpits of my shirt with SCOE 10X and it took ALL the oder away! I love this stuff, I just wish it weren't so expensive, but you get what you pay for!

I just ordered more concentrate of this amazing product. I now pre-treat all underam areas of shirts with SCOE 10X before washing (after letting shirts sit for a few minutes). This stuff gets out odors that used to make me throw shirts away! On some of my colorfast cashmere sweaters, I was able to spray on the armpit areas of material (inside-out) and let dry overnight, as you can't really wash cashmere. This has eliminated expensive dry cleaning bills, so I get more wear from these sweaters now. Thanks SCOE 10X guys!!!

We just bought expensive brand new couches, and I guess our cat did not approve. He peed on the sofa, after we had it 1 week. Nothing in the stores ever worked, and they leave their own odor. I saw this on the internet and decided to try it, praying it worked so my husband would not get rid of the cat. It got rid of the cat smell, and returned the couch to its brand new couch smell. Wow! I was very hesitant, thinking if it sounded too good to be true it must be. Our new rescue dog started with anxiety and would pee on the rug while we were out... in our brand new home!! I thought for sure we would need to replace the carpet, but this product came to the rescue!!!

I found this site after purchasing several worthless products from the pet store chain.
We have been having problems with our one male neutered cat ( that he shares house with three other neutered males , all raised since kittens )
While I have tried various meds to battle the problem with his spraying, I needed to get rid of the odor in multiple spots in our house before an upcoming graduation party.
After the initial application , it took no time at all to eliminate the odor.
And it left no scent a all, rather than a perfumy , cover up.
I want my house to smell like the clean place I strive to make i, not a kennel or dirty place.
Very happy with the results and I hope the meds calm down my boy to stop the soiling. Will definately order more !!!

We bought a fixer-upper foreclosure, and even after the carpet was removed in one of the basement rooms, the smell was unbearable in the room, and caused the whole house to smell. I saturated the entire room, concrete, i soaked it heavily around the edges of the room, then sprayed all the walls, and floor joists above. At first the smell of the SCOE 10 x was pretty strong, i didnt wash anything after the SCOE application, just let it soak, after a few days with the fan, the cat smell was gone, the SCOE smell lingered for about 3 weeks, but now the room is perfect... no more cat pi** room, it's actually a useable roon now... the SCOE is not cheap, but you can be confident it will work.

This may sound redundant since I've already left a positive review on the site, and if so, I apologize. I wanted to thank you again for your product b/c it worked AGAIN, and this time for what could have been an irreversible mess.

We decided to rehome 1 of our cats a few weeks ago. The morning of the 'adoption' they must've felt the stress within hours my husband found a HUGE urine stain on the corner of our bed. They HAD TO collaborate for this one b/c it soaked through a thick $100 comforter, our good sheets, plus a dry-clean only featherbed, and there was STILL standing pee on top. The mattress was saved only b/c all the other fabrics took the hit.

We spray-soaked the sheets with SCOE and later washed as usual. Perfect. For the very thick comforter and feather bed, I was prepared to lose them both if I couldn't get the smell out, not to mention washing a dry-clean only item. We didn't have large containers to submerge them but we place both in the bath, and carefully soaked each one, section by section, making sure to saturate on both sides and beyond the stain. The comforter was soaked/sprayed 2x over the course of 24 hrs before washing. The featherbed was soaked once, rinsed with cold water in the tub, and soaked again, plus sprayed periodically over 48 hrs.

The odd thing is that we weren't sure SCOE would save everything this time the odor of pee SEEMED to be there still under the SCOE (Hubby said it was like the large amount of SCOE itself smelled a bit acidic like pee?). Not to mention SCOE mixes up YELLOW... and after soaking on the white featherbed the first time and letting dry out, it looked like it had been peed on again!

BUT... After the first rinse, things got better. And once the comforter was washed, it was fine. It's back in my closet. The featherbed took 3 washes due to size, and then a weekend to dry slowly between air-fluffing in the dryer and sitting in the sun. It too is FINE. NO stains, no smell (except wet-feathers at first!).

In one weekend, SCOE saved us $250+ in bedding. So thanks, again.

Hi my name is Scott Orahood and I live in San Jose, CA. I live in a residential neighborhood. Our house is nicely landscaped and 1/3 of our backyard is separated into a dog run. We have two large Akitas and they use an area that is approximately 15' x 4' long to do their 'doggie business'. We removed the top 4 to 6 inches of dirt in that area and filled in with fines (a compact type dirt). Within 6-8 months the odor of dog urine began to surface. The neighbor with whom we share the fence with began complaining about the odor, first to us, and then to city officials (animal control).
We began our search for a solution to the problem. We purchased all and every type of odor mute product from local hardware and pet stores. Some worked for a few days and most only for a few moments. Products that were even recommended by Animal Control did not work.
My wife showed me your product after finding it on the internet and asked me what I thought. I exclaimed that we had tried everything else, why not give it a shot?
Your product soon arrived and I mixed it up and poured it on through a watering can. Using the watering can gave it a light coating. The smell of the product was good. Somewhat like fresh hay in a barn. After a few days my wife and I kept going out in the yard and could not believe that the smell of urine and feces had not returned. This went on for WEEKS and still no odor!
My neighbor stopped complaining and said that he could not smell it anymore.
I am a plumbing contractor, who does not adverstise. Soley by word of mouth do people find out about me. I am busy year round because I take pride in my work. I believe in this product so much that I would be willing to go on television for you and tell the entire world that this product works better than all of the other products we have tried combined. I am completely, 110% satisfied, with this product and would stand behind it under any circumstance.

After spending in excess of $350 in vet bills, Urine Gone, Natures Miracle, etc. after our rescue cat decided to start using the corner of the dining room as her litter box for what appears to be a couple months, I found SCOE 10X online. I cancelled the order I had just placed for 2.5 gal. of Natures Miracle and placed an order for the SCOE 10X. I felt confident that this was the way to go. I actually called first and spoke to someone in the BIOFOG tech dept. He was very helpful in explaining how the product works. I got it in the mail yesterday - 2.5 days after placing the order. I also got the injector to shoot some under the carpet. I made some up right before we were ready to get to bed so it was the last thing I did before lights out. When I came down this morning - that corner was nearly free of smell. I say nearly because I only made up enough for the most concentrated area of urine. I plan to do the rest tonight, but so far...HUGE difference. I had already dumped plenty the enzyme products in the area (and it still reeked) and was a little worried I had not gotten enough up, but the area treated is in very good shape. Got my nose down in the treated area and no urine smell there. Here’s a tip that I got from the vet: get one of those plastic carpet runners (the kind you might find in an open house and easily available at Home Depot, etc.) put it down in the area with the little pointy nubs facing up. The cat won’t want to walk in the area. I plan to do this when the area dries to re-train the cat.

I bought this product after one of our cats urinated on our comforter. I sprayed it, had it dry cleaned, and although we could not smell any urine, the other cat did, and urinated in the same spot.

On the other hand, I have a carpeted room for my two pet rabbits, one of which misses the litter box frequently. The room was very sour smelling. Last week I sprayed this product all over the carpet in that room - and within minutes the urine odor was almost completely gone. I am ordering more today as I want to use it every time I change the rabbit litter.

I can't say enough about this product! I have tried everything and spent well over $100 to try to get rid of the horrible smells in my apartment left by my cat and my ex-roommates body odor.

When my old roommate graduated and moved away, he left his room smelling like it had been marinading in foot ick for the entire year he lived there, and the closet where he kept his lacrosse stuff was WORSE. I tried renting a machine, leaving the windows open, fabric refreshers, carpet deodorant, and they all helped, but you could still smell it when you walked in the room.

Worse than that though was the cat spray. To avoid a long story, the cat decided one day to spray somewhere in my closet, all over the carpet under the desk, and on a wall. I tried all kinds of cleaners, searched all over the internet, and did just about everything I'd ever heard of to clean/ eliminate the problem. I've been trying to clean the cat problem for 7 months, but nothing has worked. My apartment smells so bad that I don't invite people over anymore at all. It's embarrassing to smell like you live in a litter box AND high school locker room.

I bought the starter kit and I just used this stuff for the first time, really JUST used it 10 minutes ago, and I can already smell... nothing! It's GREAT! My place smells like it SHOULD smell. I've moved past all the cat's areas onto the spare room and closet. It is absolutely unbelievable how this stuff works!

I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I had a stray cat get into my garage and stayed there unbeknownst to anyone for about 5-6 days. It did some damage inside my garage including urinating in one spot and deficating in another. I spent over $200 in cleaning materials, cleansers, deodorizers, enzyme cleaners, home remedies, brushes, mops, sponges, over a period of about 2 months. I got rid of the stain, but not the odor. I could no longer use the black light to locate the odors, had to use my nose. I tried money back products such as Zero Pet Odor and other urine speciality products that did not work. Some left a fragrance that is just about as bad as the urine odor. I spent many HOURS on the internet researching cat urine removal and chemical reactions with cleaners. I called local Vets and animal shelters that only referred me to pet stores. I would think that Vets would have a Super Industrial urine deodorizer of some type.

I feared that I would never get rid of this odor. I tried SCOE 10X due to the reviews and the money back garantee. I followed the directions to the T. The next day, after the solution evaporated, the odor was gone. I still doubted it would last, so I waited. I can ocassionally smell one of the many fragrances that I had used, but no cat urine odor! I have waited about 6 months since that first treatment for the odor to return with the humid weather, still no odor. I never believed anything would get rid of this odor so easily. Previously, I had scrubbed and scrubbed on my hands and knees several times trying to get rid of this odor. This product is amazing!

The manufacturer of SCOE 10X needs to get it marketed in Pet Stores, Vets and Home Improvement stores, because the over-priced stuff these places are selling simply does not work! SCOE 10X works!

We had the litter box in my 10 year old daughter's bedroom. Between the cats deciding they didn't like the automated box and the messy keeper of the litterbox, her room smelled horrible. I had used various enzyme cleaners with no results. Even after the enzyme cleaners I could still see urine stains all over the carpet with a black light. I used a 32 oz bottle of the Scoe10x to soak the main corner that the cats liked, and the next evening was able to place my nose ON the carpet and breathe in deeply. NO CAT SMELL. Almost as great, NO KID FUNK. It was incredible.

I've hired somebody to come in and steam clean my carpets next week, and we were discussing cat stains. He told me that there was really no way to completely get rid of cat stains/smell, and I was so excited to tell him otherwise. I've told him all about the product, and now's he's looking into buying the product to use in his carpet cleaning business.

I read an online review that said your SCOE 10X does not work. THEY ARE WRONG. I used SCOE 10X in a room with very strong dog odor, even the tack strips were soaked with urine and dog odor. After one good spraying the odor was gone and 7 months later it is still gone.

We moved recently and due to that change plus some territoriality between our 4 cats, we suddenly had a problem with 1 or more of our cats peeing all over the place. I tried vinegar, Nature's Miracle, Simple Solution... repeated washings would get the stain/smell out of SOME stuff if we caught it fresh but we ended up tossing many other items b/c the urine had sat too long before we found it.

The areas on our carpet were another matter. Nothing seemed to work for long, and worse, the stain/smell was only coated by that super sweet fruity/flowery smell which I started to hate as much as the pee itself.

I was skeptical at first b/c of my disappointment in previous products but I had to try something else before calling in a professional cleaner. I ordered the concentrate for 1 gallon plus the carpet injector. I was worried about whether it would work b/c I had saturated the areas with previous products. But I tried anyway I soaked all spots with warm water, blotted it up, and then soaked/injcted it with SCOE. And then waited.

With the exception of one spot I need to re-apply, it WORKED within 24 hrs! I cannot smell the urine! I've gone back to the spots every couple of days to check, but I've not smelled anything since that first application. I hate that I wasted over $50 on bottles of the other stuff, but thank you for making a product that does what it says it will do for the money!

I have 3 cats all rescue street cats,and 2 dogs. Love them all,but needless to say we had yes had a horrible urine problem.Neither me or my husband could stand the stench already.I used all products i could find,but helped only temporary.I thought why not try your product what could i lose besides the smell? SCOE 10X is the only product that really gets rid of cat urine smell!!!We have two cats, one is a female who is 12 years old and a male that is just a year old. Male is a feral cat that was rescued by my son. But he is not the one marking every where or everything with the scent of cat urine. It is the female,(she was bad about not using her box before we adopted the male.) I had bought literally gallons of the enzyme odor eliminators at the pet stores, but still could not get rid of the stench! Then I went on the internet & saw this product and figured I had spent more $ on other products so why not. Ordered starter kit. Started using it as soon as it arrived,in 2 days. Used A black light I still have from the 70's,(did purchase the black light key chain on todays order, dragging old light and long heavy duty extension cord is not fun!) and first rinsed areas with water that had been previously treated, then treated areas with scoe10x and I left the room and came back later and was pleasantly surprised, the odor was gone!!! Several days later started smelling cat urine again, but couldn't seem to find where the smell was coming from. The odor was very strong! Found out she had sprayed down the heating vent!! So sprayed scoe10x down the vent and the odor was gone! Cat still likes marking her territory, but now can actually get rid of smell afterwards! Thank you for such a wonderful product.

My cat gets locked in a closet and will not meow to get out so he urinates. Then he goes back unseen. I have tried this product and many others. This is the only product that took out the smell. I found this product surfing the web almost a year ago. I started out with the 2 small bottles, then each time I reordered, I went up to the next size. I just ordered the 128 oz. I am so happy that I found this site. I tell everyone about it. I have seven dogs that all live inside and most of them are males and like to mark thier spot. I also have a VERY small backyard so odor is a problem out there too. All I can say is that it gets rid of the nasty dog urine/feces smell. The only thing that I would say is that it has a different smell afterwards. Almost like an ashy smell, but still much better on the nose then what the dogs leave behind. And that smell is only outside and usually gone by the next day, it doesn't happen when I use it inside. I will continue to use this product forever!!! I have a dog who's six years old who couldn't quite hold her bladder and if she lay down she would get up and have a wet spot under her bottom. This happened on my furniture of course. I JUST SO HAPPENED to come across a site that had a small comment about your product so I decided to check out. Having run out of options and the husband getting on my case about getting rid of the dog I made the leap and bought the starter kit. For fear of being upset and disappointed that it wouldn't work it took me two days to actually try it. I sprayed it on a dirty dish cloth that was on it's way out to the garbage. No smell. None. Fresh. Totally obliterated the scent. So of course that was like opening the flood gates and I immediately sprayed everything the dog had had accidents on and an old leather bound chair my husband's grandfather sat in for decades smoking his cigarettes. I can't believe how well this product works! I have a rug in my breakfast room that my dog has been using as a bathroom. I have tried EVERYTHING and nothing would get the urine smell out- some things made it worse!! The smell was awful and even worse on rainy days. I didn't want to have anyone over because I was so aware of the odor. I just got your product and used it. The smell is gone!!! I just can't believe it! I've tried everything else on the market, to no avail. One application with attention to the directions did the trick. The secret is in saturating the carpet and waiting the full amount of time before extracting it up with the rug shampooer. With 2 naughty cats, I know I'll be back.

The blacklight really helped locate where the odors were coming from. We could smell it in the couch, but couldn't find it. Now the odor is gone.

Best of all, there's no cover-up smell! This is such a problem with my husband's allergies, and all the other products we tried sent us both running for the antihistamines!

My yorkie is a bad girl and after three years still has accidents. She was ruining my oriental rug in my dining room. I tried everything. I was amazed at this product. I purchased SCOE 10X to eliminate rotting fish smell, which it did almost instantly. That really suprised me.

I then decided to try it on some year old dog urine stains that are on our white carpet. Now let me tell you, I have tried everything imaginable on these stains. One of the 'professional' carpet stain remover products I tried not only didn't work, but bleed the blue ink out of the paper towel I was using and left that in the carpet as well. OMG now I had a yellow urine stain tinted blue.

I sprayed SCOE 10X on the spot and rubbed it around, and wouldn't you know it, it not only removed the stain, but removed the blue tint as well. What a great stain remover! Thanks.

A few days ago one of my four cats decided to make our brand new leather couch hers. We hadn’t had this couch for more than 1 week. The new smell was clean and crisp. That was until she decided to pee on all of the cushions. I went online searching for something to eliminate the odor and came across many sites. But only one had a product that claimed it would prove it to you by giving you skunk oil and urine/feces scent to get out of anything you wanted. So I decided to give it a try and ordered it.
2 days later I wake up to a terrible smell of dog crap. My dog is old and is starting to lose control. Sure enough he did what I thought and man was it bad. Well anyway i prayed for this stuff to get here and sure enough it was in the mail box. I mixed the contents and waited like it said to. I sprayed the couch and the carpet and prayed. It was a miracle and when I say miracle I mean it. The smell of the dog crap and urine on the floor was completely gone. The couch took longer but wouldn’t ya believe it, it was gone too. 100% gone.
I am gonna recommend this product to everyone I know and working at a bar that’s a lot of people. You guys saved my cat, my dog and brand new leather couch. Thank you so so much!

OH MY GOD!! This really works. There are stray cats in my neighborhood and one accidently got locked in my garage. The cat was lost for 3 days. No not lost in our garage. I went out one day and couldnt take the smell of cat urine. We open the garage door and almost passed out because of the smell. I used products from the pet supply store and it did nothing but purfume the area. I proceeded to hose down the area, and nothing. I did a search on the internet and found this site. I was told dont bother, nothing works, I said hey i will give it a shot because the alternative is to cut out 4 planks of wood in the garage.
I ordered the starter kit to try. I was so eager to try it that i was suppose to mix and let it sit for 20 minutes but forgot and just sprayed it everywere the pee was. I used half the bottle before i realized i had screwed up. I went back 30 minutes later and still I smelled urine. So again i didnt let it sit for 20 minutes after mixing and just poured the rest of it were the cat had urinated. 30 minutes later still cat pee smell, better but there. The area was still soak and wet with the scoe10x so i just closed the garage door and called it a day.

The next day in the afternoon I had hoped that everything had finaly soaked thru the wood and went to check. OH MY GOD it worked.

First let me tell you, I run a pet rescue and have between 15-20 cats at any given time as well as multiple dogs in the house. Not only does SCOE10X work as described, it's less expensive than all the other products that I've tried that don't work.

I was given an almost new sofa (they bought it for around $6000.00 less than a year ago) that their cats had urinated on it a few times and although I had given them some SCOE10X to use, they couldn't get the odor and stains out nor could they get their cats to stop peeing on the couch (they weren't using it as directed). The person that helped me pick it up even asked 'Are you SURE you want this...it really stinks?' When I brought the couch home I soaked the spots I could see and left them overnight, then rinsed with water using my carpet cleaner. No more smell...or so I thought. 2 days later, someone peed on one of the cushions that I had just cleaned. I was very disappointed especially after using the product successfully on carpet areas that a stray used as a litterbox (another miracle story). I cleaned the cushion again and the next day someone peed on it again. Keep in mind, not one of the cats in the house had EVER peed on any furniture in the past. I tried again figuring I didn't get it all even though I soaked the cushions well and couldn't smell anything myself. Their sense of smell is a lot better than mine. I waited until the cushions were dry before putting them back. When tucking the seat cushion under the back cushion, I felt something...residue of urine as it turned out. It was way underneath. When my nose got close enough, I confirmed it was cat urine residue. Knowing how well this product works, I knew I must have missed a spot. I soaked that area well and then rinsed it the next day. Needless to say, it's been months and nobody has peed on the couch and I do have some dominant males here. I'm so relieved and grateful that SCOE10X works as described. We now all have a new sofa that's gorgeous and only took a few hours of work to get it that way.

I can't stress enough how important it is to follow directions. Also, use of other cleaners prior to SCOE10X can make it a bit more difficult to get out the odors and you'll need more, but eventually IT WORKS ! ! !

My neighbors call me everytime their animals have accidents for me to bring over the 'miracle stuff in a bottle'.

I pride myself on my house smelling good, not just 'not bad'. I get compliments all the time. Even my vet wants to know 'how I do it with so many animals, especially cats, in the house'.

The customer service is outstanding and if you have ANY questions, they're there for you.

This company is run the way I wish more companies were. They're dedicated professionals that know what they're talking about and treat their customers right.

Yikes - the blacklight almost works too well. I could not believe my eyes. I just ordered another SCOE 10X 32 oz bottle. The 2 x 3.2 oz bottles I just received yesterday were gone in about 6 minutes. Seems my pet has been a lot sicker with a bladder infection than I thought!

This is the best and most effective thing I've ever used in 40 years. It's just almost unbelievable. It is VERY imortant to use it correctly. I literally had to soak my carpet with it, but it worked. A light spray does not work on carpeting. You have to get down to the floor beneath it also where the odor hides. It's a miracle. I read another post that was negative saying it didn't work but I have to believe they didn't use it correctly. THANK YOU!!!!!

This product does exactly what it says it is going to do.

I had an outdoor cat spray by my front screen door, and it seeped inside to the threshold between the storm door and the screen door. The smell on the threshold (which had a rubber piece on it) was unbearable. And, every time I opened my storm door, I got a whiff of it. I tried every other product out there, but nothing worked. It would cover it up for a day or two, but then the smell would be back, only more 'perfume-y.' I mixed this product as instructed and applied it to the area and the smell is completely gone – and has not come back, almost two weeks later. And, the best part, there are no strong deodorant smells (like you are trying to cover something up). It doesn't smell like anything – just back to normal.

This product will always be in my house since I also have dogs and you never know when a skunk could come calling.

I'm so glad I found this site and have already recommended this product to friends and family.

Hi there! It's Sunday afternoon and warm in Texas...a perfect day to bathe our skunky boxer! I have to admit I was just a tad skeptical (I'll bet you've heard this before!), but determined I was to try anything to rid 'Baby' of her stinky smell...especially around her face, ears, chest, etc. All this after at least 3 prior bathings by my husband and me including our vet. Still there...albeit not quite as bad, but there nonetheless.

Plus our mud room still stunk even after several moppings/door opened/aerosol spraying. We followed your directions and gave her a good scrub down. After about an hour or so to let her thoroughly dry, I nuzzled her around the top of her head, ears, neck...guess what? NO SKUNK! I couldn't believe it! Then I sprayed down our mud room, left the door open to let it dry too...guess what? NO SKUNK SMELL!

Your product is awesome! It does exactly what you told me it would! Thank you so much...a small price to pay for having a home and highly favored pet I actually want to come home to!

I'll be passing on the word...all those home-type remedies...tomato juice, hydrogen pyroxide/baking soda/dish soap...even whatever it is the vets use doesn't work. Do you market to vets?   Skunk Sprayed Miniature Schnauzer

To our dismay, our Miniature Schnauzer was sprayed by a skunk late last evening. We envisioned hours of work to remove the smell from his coat, but then remembered that we had recently purchased the starter supply of SCOE 10X for our new puppy's mishaps. We used the spray on our older 'skunked' schnauzer and could not believe the results. The little dog refused to be sprayed again (probably because of the skunk) so we wet him down thoroughly by both pouring SCOE 10X onto a towel and then onto him as well as pouring the product directly from the bottle onto the pet's coat. We have been sharing this with all our friends and co-workers. We are placing a re-order today. As we live out in the country, we don't want to be without SCOE 10X. My wife and I were at a loss of what to do with the gut wrenching odor in our house. We had a male cat who had sprayed in our basement. Our situation:
We (my wife and I) went to visit my brother and his girlfriend after the birth of their child. We have a dog that we left in the care of our teenage son. I wanted to let you know I received my ( very quick) shipment on Monday 1/28 and applied it that same day. I must say I was skeptical because I tried everything else on the market, and some of my own ideas, all to no avail. Oh my gosh!!! I am truly amazed!! We had a 4 x 4 area of carpet in our family room where we kept a puppy training pad. Unfortunately, the puppy OFTEN missed the pad. As the puppy grew, so did the amount of urine he produced. It really started to smell. I was embarrassed to bring people in because you could smell the urine as soon as you walked into the house. I married a kind and wonderful man who was also kind and wonderful to every stray cat who came along. The cats didn't all get along and would mark their territory... YUCK! I tried everything. After tearing up the carpets removing woodwork, and heaters, scrubbing with EVERYTHING, the smell was still powerful. The room was unusable.
I researched and found SCOE 10X. I sprayed very liberally and allowed to soak in and dry. I did the same to the sheetrock and door trim. I expected some minor smell when it got humid this summer... nothing ... I even stuck my nose to the worst spots ... NOTHING... This is not an extra room, this is our master bedroom. Not only did it work, but it worked so well the cats are allowed in the room again, and there is no repeat problems. This has been used in every room as I remodel and slowly reclaim the house. The real test was when my father (super nose) came to visit. He looked around, said 'I thought you had lots of cats, I don't smell them' (We have 7.)

I was sort of skeptical of this product until I read the reviews. I thought, what the heck, I have nothing to lose here. I ordered the product and finally got around to using it late last evening. I smelled the cat urine odor strongly for the past few days and couldn't take it any longer. I live in really nice rental house. I haven't been here very long. My step-daughter flushed the toilet and walked away. By the time that we realized that it was over flowing it was way too late. It had flooded the whole bathroom and ran into the downstairs bathroom. We cleaned up everything as best as we could but a couple of days later when the carpet in the main bathroom started to dry it stunk soooooo bad. My husband steam cleaned the carpet and the horrible odor still lingered although not as bad. I had already ordered SCOE 10X so we decided to wait on it. We lifted up the carpet, got rid of the padding (going to replace it), sprayed the plywood flooring and let it dry then sprayed the carpet and let it dry. To my my amazement, there is absolutely no odor left at all.

I am a huge skeptic when it comes to buying things online but I am so glad that I took a chance on this. This is absolutely the best thing I have ever found for getting rid of those really nasty odors! Well worth the price!

My cat has seperation anxiety and occasionally when I'm away or traveling he urinates. We moved into a new condo a couple months ago and I swore if he did it in the new place I was going to have to get rid of him. Two small possums invaded my house for a couple of months and my cats had a pee-fest in the basement in response to the intruders. When my concrete basement then took on a half-inch of water after a rainstorm my entire house smelled like the portal to hell. I was frantic the smell was so bad the house was almost uninhabitable. I bought a 32 oz container of SCOE 10x, after having tried 2 gallons of another product to no avail, and soaked just the worst areas of the basement floor. My dog got skunked twice within 10 days. The first time it happened, when I opened the door to let her in she ran right past me to rub it off on the couch before I knew what hit me. We had all our outdoor cats get in the sealed floors of our house. I seems a squirrel had made the hole and the cats all discovered a warm place to sleep. And pee.
using the furnace was impossible, since the ducting is in the floor, it would suck all the stink up into the house. I was ready to burn the place down when I took a chance on this stuff. We tried it out on a chunk of insulation we pulled out that was contaminated. UNREAL! this stuff totally neutralizes cat urine and squirrel urine. Not a trace of odor left on the test piece. So we crawled under the house and dropped several access panels and with a high pressure spray gun we literally filled the floor of the whole house with a fine mist. We pumped 5 gallons as fog/mist in there and sealed up the floors.
I still had my doubts,
we let it set for 3 days and then turned on the furnace and nothing but clean odorless air!
I crawled under the house and dropped an access panel and stuck my head up In there... smelled like new insulation! I'm sold, this is the greatest stuff on earth!!
since then Ive deodorized everything from carpets to blankets tot he dogs themselves. Great stuff! I just took a wool blanket someone gave me that they said was 'ruined' by a mouse that got into it and pee'ed on it, plus it had been stored in a musty basement. This wool blanket STANK of musty basement and mouse and age. I washed it 3 times it still stank. HEY! I remembered the 'stuff' I got for the house! I spread the blanket out and with a spray bottle soaked the blanket with a quart of your great stuff. then packed it in a plastic bag tied tight shut for a few days. IT SMELLS LIKE NEW!!!! can you tell I am blown away by this stuff? as soon as I get some more $$$$ I want another gallon! THANKS!!!

I was in an accident March 2006 and spent 4 days in intensive care. Unfortunately, my 3 dogs were locked inside my house during this time and they found a great spot in the living room to use as their new bathroom! When I got home, the stench almost sent me back to the hospital. Since then I've tried vinegar, baking soda, professional cleaning, Nature's Miracle and some other things, but the dogs kept returning to that spot, and the smell always came back. I was getting ready to just rip out the carpet, but as a last ditch effort, I decided to try Scoe 10x. By the way, I ordered on a Thursday and received it that Saturday - standard shipping, not rush. Anyway, I decided to mix up 2 gallons and dumped it on the carpet. Just left it there. It was totally dry within 2 days and not only is the smell gone to my nose, but my dogs now go outside!!! They can't smell it anymore either! This stuff is VERY inexpensive considering it is so concentrated. I covered a 6 'x 3' area with less than half of a 32 oz. bottle. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing this review, because I HAD to be sure the smell wouldn't come back. This stuff really, truly does work. Believe these testimonials. I will recommend Scoe 10x to everyone I know. Actually, now I have an idea for Christmas presents!

We have a rug in our family room that our labradoodle puppy has urinated on multiple times. This rug seems to soak in the urine so fast we can't see or feel the areas. I foster cats for the local humane society, and sometimes have as many as eight in my house at one time! Needless to say, there is always some territorial marking going on, which only encourages the other cats to start marking. My house smelled horrible, and I tried all the products imaginable to neutralize the smell (including Urine-Off, which was very expensive but didn't do a darn thing!)

I was amazed at how well this product worked. I have tried numerous products over the years - this is the first and ONLY one to neutralize cat urine odors - even on a couch!!!!! When I moved to NH my large deaf male cat started marking things - including the sofa, the kitchen counter, the papertowel roll etc... I didn't know what to do. SCOE10X has eliminate all traces of cat urine and odor - when all else has failed - THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

First, let me start by telling you that I read these reviews (all 80-some) and I thought 'yeah, right!'. Well, after receiving my bottle of SCOE 10X yesterday, I am now a true believer!

A week ago, my son had a friend spend the night. Later the following morning, I sat on the sofa and was hit by the strong odor of urine. Upon further investigation, I found that the friend had urinated on my sofa (and blankets) in his sleep. I immediately grabbed my steam cleaner and went to work. After numerous treatments with a pet odor cleaning formula, the odor was still there. I didn't know what I was going to do. I tried one of those 'home remedies', but that didn't work either. I jumped on the computer and searched for a solution. That's when I came across your product and the many, many great reviews. I was a bit skeptical, but I figured I'd give it a try.

My package arrived yesterday and I immediately mixed the solution. I used the needle top to squeeze the solution into the foam cushions (that cannot be removed from the sofa), then I completely soaked the rest of the cushion. Almost immediately, I thought the odor had disappeared, but then I thought that couldn't be possible. I got up this morning, and the first thing I did was give the sofa the sniff test. Sure enough, the odor is GONE. Completely gone!!!! I am so happy!! Thank you so much for such a great product - and an inexpensive product at that! Believe me, having two dogs and a cat, I will use this product again and again!!

I can't believe I found this stuff!

I left chicken in my new Lexus for 2 days (I live in Florida and it was hot) You CANNOT believe the smell that permeated the entire car! I had it O-Zoned at a dealer - I had 3 bombs put in - I had it cleaned 2 more times and it still smelled - I was ready to have the carpets replaced, when I ordered SCOE 10X and it took the smell out!!! I ordered another gallon to get the rest out.

I had almost given up any hope of saving a very expensive oriental carpet runner. We have a cat that on occasion will get miffed about something and shows her displeasure by urinating on this carpet and two dog beds. I had tried steam cleaning and enzyme based products, but the odor kept coming right back. It was awful and the odor permeated the entire kitchen area. I was about to pitch the rug out. As a last resort I decided to search the internet to see if there was something out there I hadn't tried. I found the SCOE 10X website and placed an order. It arrived quicker than I expected, and I went to work on the carpet yesterday morning. I had to really soak one area of the carpet with SCOE 10X a couple times, but this morning there is NO UNPLEASANT ODOR. I can put my nose right to the rug and not smell any cat urine odor. Now that's what I call a miracle!! Also the one dog bed that I treated yesterday is odor free. The only smell I can detect is from the cedar chips in the stuffing. I work for Biofog so I realize this may sound biased.

However, this past Saturday I adopted a dog from Small Dog Rescue here in Atlanta. Needless to say, the first thing the little guy did was poop and pee on the off-white dining room carpet. His poop was really stinky, bloody diarrhea.

I grabbed my bottle of SCOE 10X I keep in the bathroom as the shower cleaner. I blotted up as much diarrhea and urine as possible with paper towels. I then poured SCOE 10X onto the spots and agitated the carpet until all the color was gone. No odor and no stains all in one shot. I rinsed the spots with water and blotted everything up. All done!

It's nice to know the company you work for makes such a great product.

I thought I was going to have to throw away an expensive couch that my cat had peed all over while we were away. Wrong! I sprayed SCOE 10X all over it and the smell is completely gone. We washed and scrubbed the couch after we got rid of the smell and it is like brand new! I will definately be a repeat customer! Thanks for making an odor elminator that actually works!

O.K. I admit I was very skeptical due to the many products I have purchased and DID NOT work. I have 3 very large dogs that I rescued. One of them keeps peeing and marking in the house. The previous owner of the house had a dog. I sprayed the areas according to the directions. My Big problem was solved. I highly recommend this product. Thank you for developing it.

My wife is always bringing home good stuff from a local bargain shop, but when she brought home a sofa that smelled of cat pee, I thought she was crazy - even though they gave it to her for free.
In examining the sofa, I found that it had been the cats primary bathroom. The cushions, the arms and even the wood frame and springs had been soaked in urine. Smelled as bad as it sounds.
I tried a small bottle of SCOE 10x and it seemed to work, but there were still strong smells from the sofa frame.
My wife, in the meantime, had looked up the sofa on the internet and found out it was 1 year old and was worth $2,000. I then decided to get agressive and ordered an additional 2 1/2 gallons. After literally soaking the sofa, cushions and wood frame (did not take the sofa apart - just poured it on)over the next few days, it only smelled of SCOE-10x. I then steam cleaned it with our carpet cleaner and let it dry. The large foam cushions were so thick, we wound up taking them to a laundromat and running them through the commercial washer after their treatment.
The results were fantastic. We gave the sofa to my son who had just moved into his own apartment and after 2-weeks, there are still no smells and the sofa looks brand new.
He's the only college student around that has a $2,000 sofa.
Cost to restore was around $100.00. What a deal.

I spilled milk on to the carpet in my new Chevy Truck. Do a search on Google and you'll find that this is an environmental disaster!!

After cleaning under the carpet and many applications of 'Nature's Miracle', the smell was so bad I still had to drive around with the windows open. 'Nature's Miracle' simply did not help at all.

While searching Google for help, I stumbled across Scoe 10x and gave them a call. I spoke with the owner and after a great conversation I ordered Scoe 10x.

The smell in my truck disappeared after my first application !!! This product really is amazing. I have since used the remainder on the trash can, cat box, sink disposal, bathroom toilet....you name it it kills the oder!!!

I just wanted to thank you for creating such an amazing product! My husband and I thought that we were going to have to replace our carpeting due to the 3 dogs we have. The one is still a puppy and hasn't got the scratch at the door thing down yet and the next one is only 5 years old but is extremely jealous and has decided to urinate every where because I pay too much attention to the puppy. (He does it on purpose, he will pee in front of my side of the bathroom sink so first thing in the morning, I get to step in cold urine! He gets mad and will urinate on my purse if I've left it on the floor...the dog needs therapy!) The oldest is great and never goes in the house. But thanks to this great product, my husband is no longer mad at me and isn't demanding that we get rid of the dogs. I had to tell you I never thought I would find anything that would help. I have even hired professional carpet cleaners and they couldn't get rid of the smell either! You guys are life savers. Thanks again.

We had an area rug that our dogs kept urinating on. Each time we would clean with locally purchased products or have it cleaned by carpet cleaning services. Each time it seemed to work but over time the residual odors built up to the point we were faced with replacing the rug. I tried SCOE10X myself and it still had some odor. Apparently the rug had too many residual chemicals in it from all the cleanings to be treated easily by an individual.

I called Biofog's customer service and they asked me to send the rug to their service division and promised to return it CLEANED. It is unbelievable what they can do. We have a 'new' rug and will go straight to them if we have any more 'tough' cases like this again.

I will never use anything else!! I have animals, kids, grand-babies, and no matter what kind of oder issue they create, SCOE 10X has come to the rescue. I was skeptical about this product but desperate to get the cat urine smell out of my car. I tried home remedies and store bought cleaning products to take care of the issue. Nothing worked. I saw an article on this product in the paper and I thought I would try it. I ordered it for the cat urine smell in my rugs. I received it on wednesday, mixed it up and used some of it and was amazed at how it took the smell out. Well we have a Siberian Husky who decided to make friends with a skunk in the backyard and she took a direct hit right to the face. I got out the bottle and sprayed her down hoping it would work. OMG what a product. True to word the smell was instantly gone and she is back in the house after only 20 minutes of being sprayed. I am definatly going to let our groomer know about this product. That's what I originally ordered this product for. My Mum in law have given me this expensive frying pan with a glass lid that was down in her basement. It had picked up the moldy, musty, mildewey smell from her wet basement. Well, I ended up throwing that particular pan away. I mixed and sprayed and sprayed. It didn't work on that pan but......we had a sick, old puppy dog and he had several accidents.

The spray worked on those smells. One wetting from the bottle was all it took. I feel better that I didn't totally waste my money on your product. Even though I had to get rid of that pan, it does work on pet odors. I thought I had the pan smelling good until I made french toast in it. It smelled/tasted awful, just like mildew...gross! So I wouldn't recommend it for getting a smell out of a teflon pan.

Are you kidding??? I am so glad I did a research on the internet to find a way to get rid of the awful permeating smoke smell that we had in one of our rental units. The former tenant had been a heavy smoker that lived in this unit for four years. Even after stripping out all the carpet and window coverings the smell was overwhelming. I had our painter go in with his airless sprayer and used your product with dosage and intructions recommended for smoke smell.
In two hours the smoke smell was completely gone. This product was going to be my last straw. The last time I had this problem I paid a restoration unit almost $5000.00 to get rid of all the smoke smell in one of my apartments. Your solution with labor cost me less than $250!! I have already ordered the next batch for some carpet that smells like a cat litter box. I am a believer!

We have a 23 yr old cat that has recently FORGOTTEN where her litter box is. She has been using the carpet or ANYTHING left on the floor. After trying many products, I eventually started throwing away anything with a urine odor since I could not remove it. I recieves this product and tried it on 7 swimsuits that had gotten dumped from the bag after vacation. I followed the directions and after washing they smell better that new! We had an unfriendly odor coming from our gargage disposal. The wife had put lemons, limes, etc. in it to get rid of the odor then asked me for help or a new unit. I got on line and found SCOE 10X. I raised three pups in my home within the past 4 years. You can only imagine how many 'accidents' I've had to deal with. I've tried the stuff sold in the Law Enforcement Magazines with minor success. SCOE 10X made my vest carrier smell like it was just issued. My 18 year old dog was peeing on the upstairs table for awhile, until I started to smell the odor. I tried some products from the pet stores but it made the odor more pronounced. We just purchased a home with a fantastic screened-in deck. I feel like I need to say thank you! I have a post and beam home, so there is A LOT of exposed wood. I also have three cats. One of my male cats has recently decided to 'mark' quite a few places, specifically the rough cut wood beams. I had tried all the products available in stores, including Nature's miracle. They all seemed to remove the smell for the moment, but when it got hot and humid, as it frequently does here in CT, I could smell it all over again. I looked you up on the internet, and figured I had nothing to lose except for my house...so I ordered some. My husband brought home his professional black light, and as soon as your product arrived, I began spraying every inch of cat pee I could find. The results were nothing short of amazing! The cat had sprayed on my couch, my brand new carpet, the exposed beams in my house and some exposed sheet rock on a newly constructed part of our house. My husband wanted to paint over it, but after reading your website we decided to try your product first - and I'm so glad we did! I also have two large dogs and three small children. I have used it on the hardwood floors in my two younger boys rooms - both of whom are still in diapers. It has completely removed the 'diaper' smell that I thought would be around forever.

After buying some nice looking used furniture online for our college-aged daughters, I was horrified and devastated to discover a couch, chair and ottoman reeked of pet urine odor. To have them professionally cleaned would have cost more than I paid for them, and once cleaned no one could guarantee that the odor would not come back. So I searched and found SCOE10X online and ordered enough to make a gallon. It is incredible the difference it has made in this furniture. It has truly worked to eliminate the odor. I recently acquired one of my dad's male cats. I already had a female in the house. 2 weeks later, the male, neutered, started spraying and he did it on my new ottoman. I tried probably every product on the market to remove the odor to no avail. He did it again on the same spot! I got on line, found SCOE10X and thought, 'I may as well try one more thing....then the ottoman goes and the cat goes.' I was heartbroken, because this cat has the most wonderful disposition, but let's face it, the odor of cat urine is horrendous! So, I ordered your product, it came and i saturated the ottoman.....ODOR GONE!!! I mean, completely gone! Pepper is now in the process of being retrained, but in the meantime, I know that setbacks will not be a problem. You guys should be very proud of yourselves for delivering a product that really works. My mom & I have seven cats. When my mom was hospitalized with a stroke the cats went crazy and peed all over the house. The stench was awful but because my mom was an invalid when I brought her home from the nursing home, I could could not do anything until she passed away 14 months later.

During this time I was able to catch 4 of the cats in the act and confined them to cages. As soon as my mom passed away I ripped up the wall to wall carpeting and padding. Although most of the stench went out the door with the carpet/padding the sub floor was badly damaged by cat urine and still stunk of cat urine.

My brother told me if I could not find a product to remove the odor most of my sub flooring would need to be replaced. Although I had used Natures Miracle in the past to shampoo the carpets the odor does come back.

Then I found SCOE 10X by accident. I decided I did not need to try the test kit because I had a house full of cat urine to try it on. I treated the floors using a garden sprayer one gallon at a time. Some areas required multiple treatments a/c the large amounts of cat urine in certain areas. I kept the door to one room closed as I treated it and although the odor was nearly gone I could still get a faint odor.

I decided to use my black light to see if there was an area of the floor that I was missing or still needed treatment. The floors were fine but I found several areas on the walls & furniture that needed to be treated. Once the walls & furniture were treated the ordor was totally gone.

I am using this product with the black light in the rest of my home which has allowed me to locate other areas (walls & furniture) to treat with SCOE 10X. I was sure I was going to have to get rid of the cats (my mother's last request was to make sure I took care of her cats).

I am replacing my carpeting with comercial grade vinyl flooring. The contractor suggested a vapor barrier (tar paper) to protect the sub flooring just in case. The black light and SCOE 10X will allow me to control odors in the event of an occassional accident ... I LOVE THIS PRODUCT - AND TRUST ME IT REALLY DOES WORK.

My 5 yr old male cat cat has been having this ongoing issue with peeing on (not spraying) the leather livingroom set. Couch, loveseat, two chairs. Everything! IT was just so embarrassing to have company over and they can't even relax on the furniture. We've tried everything that claimed to work and nothing happened. So finally one day I was on the phone with my mom, who was at work, and I said to her, 'there has to be some sort of industrialized something out there that can help us with this issue and totally IRRADICATE that God-awful smell. Lo and behold.. I found this stuff. At first I wasn't bought. When I saw the skunk video and read the whole breakdown... that did it!

My mom and I were back and forth on the phone asking each other about the different testimonials we read and I said, let's do it. We got it and we absolutely love it! I totally kamikazed the whole livingroom from top to bottom (the place is dripping wet!!) I wasn't satisfied until I slipped and busted my butt a few times, but hey... the smell is gone!!!!

I was skeptical. I have used every product for dog urine on the market and they just don't work. Even worse, they cover the odor with a perfume that is horrible. Two or three times each year we had a problem with our cats either not using their litter boxes or spraying to 'Mark their territory' in our basement. I tried product after product that claimed to eliminate unpleasant smells and/or pet related odors. The cost of these items were beginning to add up. I found they were time consuming, labor intensive, and some had a smell that only mixed with the target odor to create yet another problem. Ultimately, and to my ongoing disappointment, they just didn't work. We love our cats and it was sad to have to think of parting with them but it was nearly to that point.

During yet another internet search for pet odor products I ran across something I had not seen before. SCOE 10X. Claims of odor elimination on the website were compelling but once again like other products seemed too good to be true. I emailed questions about the product and my cat problem directly from the website and received an answer within 15 minutes! The gentleman told me SCOE 10X would take care of the problem. He said, 'We guarantee it'.

I placed an order that was shipped the same day and received my SCOE 10X Concentrate only two days later. I mixed only one small spray bottle with SCOE 10X and water and treated the odor effected areas. I was absolutely delighted when after only two treatments, and please excuse my enthusiasm, that 'horrible rotten stink' was finally GONE! So we got a shitzu puppy 3 months ago and let me tell you, he shitzu's all over the place!!! My house is only 5yrs old and the carpets stunk to high heaven! I washed and steamed them twice. DUH only made it worse. I'm very skeptical, but I thought the reviews looked good so this would be my last try before replacing all my carpets. OMG this stuff is awesome!!! One of my 3 cats loves to urinate in my spare bedroom. I've tried everything to clean the areas, but, nothing seemed to work. I ordered the starter kit in Dec 2006 and thought, ok, I'll give it a try...Well, this REALLY does work! I had to use 3 applications, but it finally removed the offensive odor. Also, today 04/26/07, I have a housecleaning business, and was using my vacuum cleaner at a clients house, and noticed a horrible wet dog odor coming from it,(I don't have a dog, and neither does she!!). Needless to say, she had to open all her doors and windows to try to eliminate this odor. When I got home, I remembered I had some SCOE10x left and used it on my beater-bar and VOILA the odor is gone!!! I LOVE this product and I'm re-ordering today. Several years ago my husband had bowel problems and an expensive comforter had two brown stains on the beige cover. I took it to the cleaners but they said they tried everything and nothing took the stains out. I just used the comforter with the stains on the underside.

Then I tried SCOE10X. Mind you, the stains were years old and gone through the cleaners. I couldn't believe after working the SCOE10X into the stains three or four times, the stains lightened right up and only a ring from the SCOE10X shows, but I know the cleaners can take that out. This was just unbelieveable to me. I then tried it on my husband's work shirt that had a blood stain on the sleeve. This shirt had gone through numerous washing with that stain. It, too, came out and you would never know a blood stain had ever on the sleeve. Ten stars for SCOE10X!!!

I recently moved into a new apartment. I have a little Yorkie and she is a ball of terror. She had to 'mark' her new territory. I tried everything and even did the worst possible thing, I shampooed the carpets. That was the biggest mistake I think I made. I finally found the SCOE 10X website and thought for a couple days about ordering it. After a night of not sleeping because of the smell I ordered the 13oz bottle on a Thursday and got it on Saturday afternoon. I used the whole bottle and will now order more. I ordered the product and I have to say that when I received it I used it immediately on my carpets. I have an older dog that has a urine problem. I was totally surprised that it took the smell right out of the carpet. I have used all kinds of expensive chemicals and so-called live-chemicals but nothing worked. I just used the starter kit tonight on my sofa to rid a vomit odor that had been on there for the last 4 days from a party I had on St. Patty's Day. I tried everything from steam cleaning my sofa cushion (twice) to using extra strength Fabreeze to using Lysol and nothing worked to get rid of the odor.

What can I say about this product, it really works!

I have an extremely sensitive nose and I can smell odors from a far distance. I finally got to the point that I couldn’t stand walking in certain areas of my house because of lingering odors. I have seen ads for ZeroOdor, I googled ZeroOdor first but than I saw this website. I read all the details on this site but since I had never heard of SCOE10X or Bio Fog I had my reservations. So, I checked out ZeroOdor and it claimed to do what the people at Bio Fog said was impossible. I went to this site that reviews products that are seen on TV. Sure enough, most of the reviews were negative. People said there was a bleach odor and than the original smell returned. I tried to find reviews regarding this product on other sites and I read one from Yahoo that claimed this product did succeed in removing skunk odor. I thought if it can remove skunk odor, any kind of urine, vomit and mold should be a piece a cake for this, so I ordered it.

Here are my thoughts:

First, the product came long before I expected it. I was very pleased.

Than I began my test, I tried it on all sorts of odors, vomit, old odors, and any where I thought there could be mold. The first time I tried it, I honestly didn't expect it to work as well as it is advertised but it did. My first test was pet urine. After the treatment, I had to get on my knees and practically buried my nose in the carpet to smell anything. Than I tried it on all old odors that thus far nothing I have tried has removed the nasty smell. I sprayed SCOE10X on them and BAM, all the odors were gone.

Lastly, you don’t have to use a ton of it for it to work.

BioFog you have given me my house back. I don’t dread going into certain rooms because of lingering odors. I cannot tell you the happiness I feel and I owe it all to you and this wonderful, fantastic, awesome, amazing product SCOE10X.

You have restored my hope that there are really companies out there that sell products that work!

One of my dogs uses my bedroom and my husband's office(!) as his personal toilet when it's cold or rainy outside or he's just feeling lazy. My husband insists that my dog has ruined the carpet and that we'll have to replace it. This product can be summed up in one word 'AWESOME'.

Too me, nothing smells worse then skunk. I had one trapped under my porch and it died there expelling its scent sac. Once the skunk was removed, the smell was only marginally better and the odor neutralizer that the company used did nothing. In 20 minutes the smell was back. The smell was so strong that it permeated my garage, basement breezeway, dining room and living room.

SCOE10X to the rescue. First a word about their customer service. John Davidson made me feel as if I was his only customer ~ beautifully customer focused. He pulled my order for the starter kit off the loading dock and increased it as per my instructions. As the days went on, I knew I needed a BIGGER bottle. John was kind, patient, professional and made a great recommendation that I get a gallon sprayer. Best suggestion because I could reach the spray wand way inside the lattice work on the porch to spray the dirt and the underside of the wood.
SCOE10X worked like magic.

Just so you know, it was about 30 degrees yesterday when I used it and it worked great. By last night, the odor was gone and we could use the back door and the garage again just in time for the nasty snow and sleet coming our way on Thursday night. The smell was completely gone and I have a very sensitive nose.

I just can't thank you enough for both a great product and your kindness. You can bet that I will be singing the praises of SCOE10X and John Davidson to anyone that will listen to me.

I just ordered my second half-gallon of your product - this stuff works great! We tried everything to get rid of smoke odor in our motorhome and SCOE10X worked perfect. It even worked on some old pet urine stains in the carpet that we didn't even know existed. A couple years ago, our septic backed up and all the toilets, tubs and sinks filled with sewage. Unfortunately, it overflowed to the carpeted area in the master bath. The smell was overpowering and permeated everything in the house. Of course, this happened on a winter weekend and it took a while to fix the problem. I shampooed the carpet many times but it seemed as if the smell kept getting worse. It turns out that the remaining smell in the pad was encouraging our pets to use the carpet as a potty station. I got a black light and found the entire carpet was just covered with urine and sewage overflow. I considered ripping it up until I started checking other rooms and found huge areas throughout the house. This was devastating, how do you combat over 1500 square foot of sewage and pet odor? Since I can’t afford to purchase new carpet for the entire house, my solution was to keep cleaning the carpet with my shampooer. Unfortunately, this only worked temporarily.

A couple of months ago, I was searching online for an answer and came across the SCOE10X web site by accident. I read it but continued to look at their competitor’s sites. The one thing that I kept coming back to was the way they (SCOE10X) explained how and why their product worked.

Some of the other sites offered slick packaging, fancy slogans and streaming flash video showing their product in action but not a lot of content as to HOW and WHY it worked. Many mentioned “Natural Enzymes” or “Live Enzymes” but I have tried at least a dozen products containing enzymes and they NEVER worked long-term. At best, they’d cover up the odor for a few days. I called SCOE10X to find out more. I liked what they had to say so I decided to purchase a starter kit. Granted, I was still EXTREMELY skeptical as I’d already spent hundreds of dollars on at least a dozen different products. I decided that this was my last shot and if it didn’t work I’d have to rip up the carpet or get used to the smell.

I used the entire product in the master bath. Unfortunately, there was still some smell but it HAD improved so I decided to order more. I used the new bottle in the same area and although it didn’t take it out completely, it again greatly improved the smell. I called the company about this and they helped me troubleshoot how I was using the product. Since I hadn’t purchased very much product, I was using it very conservatively and not putting enough down to completely eliminate the odor. SO, I made the big leap and bought a 64-ounce bottle and soaked the area liberally and voila. . . The odor is GONE! And I mean GONE! I did this a few weeks ago and the smell has NOT come back! I even did the pet test. I put one of the offending pets (piddler’s on the carpet) down to see how he reacted. He sniffed the area and walked off. I did it with another offender, same result. I was ECSTATIC! Normally, they would squat and do their business as if I was telling them it was OK to “go” there. I decided to try another experiment and use my black light while spraying a stain to see what happened. The SCOE10X completely DISSOLVED the urine & vomit stains as I was spraying them and I was no longer able to find evidence of a stain with either the “sniff test” or the black light. AMAZING! That had me sold! To me, that was proof this product is actually taking the odor-causing contaminants OUT of my carpet and not just covering up the smell. No other product I’ve used in the past has done this!

I can’t say enough about this product. It is BY FAR the BEST pet odor removal product I’ve used and I have tried several. I also use it on garbage smells, kitty litter, vomit, in the toilet tanks and any other offensive odors I can find. I have yet to find an odor that it hasn’t eliminated. Buy this product first and you won’t have to try another.

I had left a small pot of turkey gizzards on high heat intending to turn it to low simmer before we left the house, however I forgot to return to the kitchen to turn the stove down.

When we returned home there was considerable smoke in the house. So much so we called the fire department. They used heavy duty fans at the front and back doorways to remove the smoke.

Well what can we say, It works and works well. We set up two archery stands (Double Bull Blinds) both were treated with SCOE 10 X. We had deer and wild hogs with in 6 to 16 yards down wind and none detected our odor.

I just received my order ... 1 13oz. bottle of SCOE 10X concentrate. I made 1 gallon of the product and filled a 32oz. spray bottle with the solution. I sprayed at least 10 areas that I know has had a re-occuring odor problem and repeat urination from my 2 dogs. Out, Urine Gone, Natures Miracle all work for a short time, or I thought so, but the 'boys' always re-peed on those spots. If I put my nose close to those areas, they appeared mostly odor free for a few days, then the odor would come back.
I just finished spraying with SCOE 10X and I only detect the odor of SCOE 10X, no urine smell at all. I have a good feeling this product will work. The video of the skunk was impressive and I know it is a job to remove it from the dogs. The only way we could really get rid of the odor was to have the 'boys' shaved around the muzzle area. Their skin would be inflamed due to the chemicals put on them to try and eliminate the odor. If it happens again, 'I will just spray 10X directly on the dogs.

I can not say enough positive about this product! Moving to a new home I swore that if it meant getting rid of our six cats I would not put up with everything smelling like a litter box!
We also used it on a $3,000.00 set of furniture that the cats peed on that I was certain would have to be thrown out.
SCOE 10X did the trick.
My husband loves his kitties. Thanks to this product we no longer have conflict over them!
Also it works great if your caring for someone who is ill. Takes care of all those nasty odor's just like that!

Middle of the night the dogs got sprayed by a skunk...jumped into the middle of the bed....4 baths in 12 hours...including the peroxide and baking soda etc. I found this product on the internet.... and was pretty skeptical....I have tried everything made for odor removal, and nothing really worked..... BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!! in 60 seconds the skunk odor was COMPLETELY gone....even out of my nova foam pillow!!!!! I am telling you this is GREAT STUFF !!! I am ordering more today. Thanks for this great product!

SCOE 10X worked the best of any product or recipe that I have found for the removal of skunk odor. I had used other methods for removing the smell, but it still lingered. When I received your product I immediately sprayed my dog and could not detect any skunk smell. SCOE 10X has a pleasant smell to it, unlike the other products or recipes that I have used. I hope my dog doesn't get skunked again, but I feel confident that SCOE 10X will take care of the problem.

I can't begin to commend you on the way you responded to my panic cry and the timely fashion in which I received your product. Words cannot explain how wonderful your product is. We received the product in only three days and in less than a week the chair was back to normal. I am truly amazed at how well this product worked. There is no unpleasant odor remaining in the chair. I would recommend it to anyone in a minute.

I would like to tell you that SCOE 10X is FANTASTIC!!!! My cat urinated on my carpet while I was at work, and by the time that I got home, it was dried and really stinking bad..no mater how many attempts to wash the carpet, it just seemed like the water was re hydrating it..was terrible. I lived with this for 6 months while saving up to have new carpet installed. Now I can say..I can use that money for Christmas..your SCOE 10X got rid of the odor, the first time! I am no longer embarrassed to have people over...NO MORE SMELL!

  Tibetan Tribal Rug

I bet this is a first. Years ago I purchased a Tibetan tribal rug at a discount price due to heavy camel order (close to the bottom of the stack on its trek over the mountain). Wasn’t too bad for about 5 years and then either my nose got more sensitive or it got more rank, but something had to give. I took it on the back deck and gave it a good cleaning then left it in the sun to air for about a week…not good enough by far. Then I saw this site and jumped at the chance to save my favorite rug. I purchased the starter kit. It came in only a few days. I can’t believe it. IT WORKED!!!! I sprayed it completely, let it dry and the odor is gone. I am so pleased. Thank you!!!

  Fuel and Urine Odor

After purchasing an old trailer, we realized we had 2 huge odor problems to get rid of. Fuel oil from a leaky heater was causing one part of the trailer to reek. In addition, the bathroom had a strong urine smell. The combination of the 2 smells was overpowering! After removing parts of the flooring along with cleaning,the smell was reduced but still very strong. I found SCOE 10X on this site and decided to try it.

After just one treatment the odor is gone!! Our trailer is now ready for more remodeling and best of all, will be livable!! SCOE 10X is an affordable solution that works!!

When I went to my pantry to cook my potatoes for dinner, at the bottom of the bag was a rotten one that had penetrated the cardboard box the sack was stored in. Oh, the smell. I grabbed my SCOE 10X bottle and sprayed the rotten potato that I threw in the trash can. ODOR GONE! I then sprayed the box where I keep my potatoes and onions and that odor was eliminated perfectly. I still use the box. SCOE 10X is a 5 star product!

While ill one of my cats had a problem with urinating anywhere except in her litter box. I thought I'd tried all of the best products to get rid of the smell. I was fearing having to recarpet the entire house. Well, 1 gallon of your product and there's not the slightest smell left. Thank you.
