How do I use Scoe 10x
SCOE 10X is a beneficial probiotic odor eliminator, using probiotics, simultaneously performs the three necessary odor eliminating functions to ensure permanent elimination of all the components of biological odor:
Odor Component One: Biological excretion; SCOE 10X digests, attacks, destroys and eliminates the biological excretion.
Odor Component Two: odor-producing bacteria; due to SCOE 10X eliminating the biological excretion, the natural result is the odor-causing bacteria, now without food, starve to death. Consequently, no more odor molecules are produced.
Odor Component Three: Odor molecules; Using advanced odor elimination technology, SCOE 10X immediately captures and destroys all odor molecules that are present.

Do I need to dilute the product?
SCOE 10X must be diluted with lukewarm (neutral to the skin, not warm or cold) water to work. Over dilution or under the dilution of SCOE 10X will lower the effectiveness of SCOE 10X. 1 part SCOE 10X to 9 parts water is the normal dilution ratio. 1 part SCOE 10X to 8 parts water is the strongest dilution allowed and best for all types of urine.
I used the spray application, followed the directions and the odor is still there, what do I do?
SCOE 10X must make direct contact with all odor residue for a long enough period of time to permanently destroy it. If any odor is present during the treatment process, then SCOE 10X either has not made contact with all the odor residue or not enough time has passed to allow SCOE 10X to completely destroy the odor residue. Saturation or immersion is always preferred. Rule of thumb: wetter is better.
Does the product have a scent?
SCOE 10X contains no fragrances, alcohols, or solvents like our competitors, which are potentially dangerous.
Do I need the UV light to find stains?
The UV light is an invaluable tool. This tool assists in helping you find the location of urine deposits and stains easier.

SCOE 10X guarantee is absolute on orders less than 1/2 gallon of SCOE 10X. For orders of 1/2 gallon or more, please contact Customer Service to clarify and discuss SCOE 10X usage.

How long does it usually take to ship the product?
U.S. Postal orders placed before 3:00 pm EST, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays), are shipped the same day. Due to Covid-19, U.S. Postal IS NOT guaranteeing 2-3 day delivery for Priority Mail. We apologize for any inconvenience.
